They gave me exactly what I expected, worked with what I could afford and assisted me with the loan application process.They also gave me time to decide and responded promptly to all my concerns and questions. After I met him for the first time I felt safe and confident that he could work in my house for 6 to 8 hours because my family safety is very important to me. Mr Joseph was very attentive and polite. Another reason why I chose this company it is because he got me exactly the brand of equipment that I wanted installed. I recommend this company to everyone, remember to ask for Mr.Joseph.
Joseph and his tech team were timely, knowledgeable and respectful of my house. They provided ample notice of their arrival, they informed me of the steps they were taking during maintenance and they were friendly to chat with. First, let me state I am a hard person to impress. CHA (Cooks Heating & Air) has always provided magnificent customer service. They are honest and transparent and their assessment is truth. I tried other head companies and received astronomical quotes. Before signing I found CHA and 75% of the issues I was told from others were not true. CHA came, completed my diagnostic, and when I looked at what they stated was wrong and the price, I thought they were pulling my leg! It turns out, that’s honestly all I needed and my system has been running like never before ever since. The CEO Is hands on. He’s not unreachable and even when I had a concern (which wasn’t really a concern for them 🙂) he called me directly. He took time to walk me through the process and assured me the technician was integral and if I had any problems he would take full accountability (the same accountability is noted in their contract). I highly recommend CHA if you want quality service, honest quotes, and great service!
Cook’s Heating & Air LLC was very accommodating! I called them on Friday evening and they were there to fix and restore on Saturday morning! On a scale of 1-10; I’ll give them a 20!

Avoid this company like the plague. I initially liked this company based on the responsiveness but after having them install an AC unit, they not only didn't honor the 1 year warranty after it failed 4 months after installation but the technician, Joseph, was incredibly immature, went from asking us to completely replace the unit that was installed 4 months before and failed to take responsibility to the point where we had to call in another company to come fix the mistake who, after looking at it, discredited Joseph's "diagnosis" completely
I absolutely trust Joseph and his crew to do work for myself and any clients I may have in the future! He was on time, took extra time and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed from my HVAC install. He rerouted some ductwork and found an amazing solution to clearing up extra head space in my tight basement project. Amazing!
