After waiting for 3 days for them to come work on the unit, the guy said to me “it’s not even that hot today”. It’s June 21, hot and humid. Do not use this business
BEWARE My first review was 8 months ago and at that time I was impressed with the quick response. I thought his work would be trustworthy and consistent. Unfortunately, my second experience was unprofessional and unfinished. The lack of communication and the neglect to send invoices and receipts left me feeling hustled. Over a week period, I tried to get my A/C back to operate-in the end I called another company for them to clean up the loose ends, replace caps on the HVAC unit that was missing and finally add Freon that should had been filled since I paid for it with Messiah Heating and Air. I called Ben to work on my unit. What should had been fixed right the first time, I had to pay someone to fix instead. I am disappointed in their service and lack of integrity. While I’m out of $800, I’m thankful that I was able to trust another company and have documentation and a warranty for their work—not just verbally but in writing.
Mr. Messiah definitely got the job done with my HVAC system. If you are experiencing issues with your HVAC please give him a call. He was very professional and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my system. I’m in the house freezing now (LOL!) The company is Top Tier 🙌
Benjamin came out the day after Christmas on an hour’s notice and fixed our furnace. Can’t recommend this company highly enough!
We needed a new AC and they got it fast, including getting a breaker that was hard to find. Great company.
On 9/1/22. The landscaping company that cuts the neighborhoods grass, was cutting the grass around my a/c unit and hit something that caused my a/c not to come on anymore. They apologized and offered to pay for the repair as long as I found someone to do the job. I called around and found Messiah heating and air. They came on 9/2 and looked at what the problem was and came back later that evening to complete the job. Ben was my service person and he was really respectful of my home. I have a show rack by the front door and he instantly knew to take his shoes off at the door. I didn’t even have to ask and that’s what I appreciate the most. He was professional and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone and if I should need them in the future, I will definitely call them again. Well done!!

A/C unit stop working and called Messiah late Saturday night. They came out early Sunday morning and repaired unit. Very happy with quick turnaround. I will use them again! Thanks Messiah!
Messiah company saved the day. My AC went out on a Friday night this company was the only company willing to come out on Saturday. He diagnosed my problem and all though I needed 2 parts to get my system running back 100% he put the first part on in the pouring down rain. This great act of kindness saved us on a hotel room for a couple of days and my baby well being because at no time can his body tolerate heat. Messiah got us air flowing back into the home until he could retrieve our motor. Thank you ! Job Complete!
Called about our AC not working at 1pm on Monday and had an inspection + new working AC unit installed by Tuesday 9am. Great service, couldn’t be happier! Thanks guys!
My own Home Warranty company could not get anyone to come to my home. I called Messiah Heating and AC, they came in and repaired my AC. It took them under 1 hour to repair. Great Work, Great Customer Service. Thanks
Our AC went out in the middle of summer and Messiah was able to come out within an hour and start diagnosing a fix. Our aging AC unit needed replacing and he got that done the same day! The AC was back on before my wife got home from work. Thank you Messiah for your help!
I made several attempts to make an appointment on their website and by phone. On the fourth day I called. They hung up the phone and when I called back it went to voice mail. I tried using a small business.
We spent almost a month without a/c, because Sears kept rescheduling. I called Messiah, and explained my situation, and he said he'd do his best to get to me that day. He came over that evening, gave me a more than fair price for a complete new system, them came on, the next morning, to install the system. They installed a completely new system, before I went to work, and my house is cooling better than it has in the last 6 years that I lived here. Thank you Messiah for you help!
Ben really saved my life when just before the coldest cold front I've ever experienced came through town and no one else was answering emergency calls. He's my go to guy now and always!
I had an amazing experience Messiah Heating and Air! I had two people to come in and look at my air conditioner before he came. He figured out the problem. He fixed my issue at a very reasonable rate and good timing. According to my research and estimates from other companies, he fixed my air conditioner at a discounted price.
Unprofessional. I called on a Thursday and was told that on Monday an estimate could performed. I scheduled, and no one showed up or even called to cancel. I will not be utilizing services or recommending.
Our A/C went out and Messiah Heating & Air was quick, courteous and professional. The newly installed system works great and is much quieter than our old one! I would recommend them for your home HVAC needs.
We called with an AC problem about 5PM and a service tech was at our house by 8AM the next morning.I was surprised that we could get help so fast. I have heard stories from neighbors about waiting days to get service. Minor problem. Fixed within minutes with a part on the truck.
We called Messiah Heating & Air on Labor Day and they had an AC technician to our house inside of two hours. Not only did they provide a short term solution to get our AC running while we wait for a part to ship, but they also gave us the lowest price across the board. The folks from Messiah Heating & Air have been so kind and helpful, and even called the next day to make sure our AC was running well. We will definitely use them moving forward and recommend whole heartedly that you do, too.
