Our 1980s home had all original to the home furnaces/blowers for the upstairs and downstairs, and the A/C condensers outside were from the mid 1990s. Needless to say, over the last few years everything started failing. The downstairs has been without central A/C for almost 9 years and we were using a few windows units throughout. Then 2 years ago, the condenser for upstairs crapped out too! So we had a couple window units up there, as well. But we knew they were efficient, and we were miserable in any room of the house that didn't have a window unit. Well we finally worked out our finances and got several quotes from various companies in the area. Rainwater was the best at communication, punctuality and explaining the breakdown on the quotes, so we went with them and we're so glad we did! A two-man crew came Wednesday of this week and did a complete replacement of outside condenser and the furnace/blower for the downstairs, along with a pump to get the drip-line water out of the basement. And then they returned on Thursday to do the upstairs systems. It was a LOT of work for them to retro-fit our old duct work with these new furnaces, but they did it and it looks great and it working fantastically! We're so glad we made the decision to go with Rainwater. They come highly recommending from our household from now on. :)

Rainwater is a local NW Cobb Paulding metro Atlanta who provides superior residential services. Timely attentive responsive. I called about an estimate and they were comfortable sharing estimates to help decide about a warranty replacement from another provider. They installed a system for me a few years ago and follow up support on that system and my second unit has been very good and prices are competitive.
These guys are amazing! They came out a day early to take out the body shop's old AC/ Furnace. They ended up completing the job a day early for us so we didn't have to deal with another day of this heat. I wish I could give them more stars. They were here until almost 7:30 for us, we were so lucky to have found this company. Thank you guys for taking such great care of us. Definitely recommend this company to anyone needing any HVAC work done.

Mr. Rainwater and his team are an amazing and trustworthy group that I have done business with in the past and will continue to use in the future. New installation, replacement, repair, maintenance, estimates- they do it all and are beyond reproach.
So far so good. Except them tomorrow. Customer service was great. Unfortunately service was 3 days out.but at least it isnt August.
I am very pleased with the service we received from Rainwater. Their bid to replace both our HVAC units (almost 30 years old) was not only the best price but also the most comprehensive and easy to understand. We only had one Change Order - at our request. They finished the work today and the final bill they presented was EXACTLY what they quoted - not a penny more. I highly recommend them.
