Juan did a great job and was able to repair the problem with my air conditioner. He was very professional. I definitely recommend this company. Will be using them for maintenance for my heating and air.
I paid them the first time and my air conditioning was the same, I called them for the second time and they did nothing to the air and they wanted to charge me again, I realized that they lack experience ... I do not recommend them ... the best company is Casteel, they are excellent...

This is the second time we've used Felix from Five Star Chimney Heating and Cooling, (2 different addresses, 2 different HVAC units, 2 different issues), and he's been absolutely great each time. Felix is responsive, knows his stuff (and how to explain it to folks like me who don't), is able to identify and remedy the problem quickly, and is polite and professional about it all. He's everything you could ever want in an HVAC technician!
They are very friendly and explain everything very well. They know what they're doing and were able to diagnose and resolve my AC issue within less than an hour! Juan and Curtis both answered all the questions I had and left me feeling confident about the repair! 😊

We have used Five Star and Felix specifically since 2016 for all of our HVAC needs. I cannot say enough good things about Five Star. Felix and everyone we have worked with is always thorough, always have the best service, and always find the most cost effective ways to enhance and improve our HVAC system. They have never tried to upsell us on anything or try to sell additional services that we do not need. They are honest, straightforward, and do great work. Highly recommend and not only do we use them for our HVAC- Felix has also started to service our two chimneys. He is awesome and if you need HVAC and/or chimney service - call them.

Extremely fast, convenient, and affordable. Fixed our AC in 30 minutes, and charged way less than anyone else in the area. Ask for felix when it comes to heating and air!
We went the majority of this incredible southern summer’s heat dealing with two other A/C companies. One we waited 6 weeks on a part that was suppose to arrive in a week, the other worked 3 hours and could not figure out the problem. There was a third that was a no show . Five Star Chimney Heating and Cooling arrived on time, was incredibly professional and within 15 minutes found the issue. No part was ever needed and within 30 minutes we had cold air. It was such a relief having air the rest of this record breaking heat. Thank you Five Star for showing there are still companies that take pride in their business, provide stellar service and appreciate their customers. We will never use another company as we have found the best!
Five Star is an appropriate name for this company. Juan and Curtis are amazing the diagnosed my problem quickly and efficiently and the repair was way leas than I expected. This was by far the most professional and customer focused company I have dealt with in quite a while. I will only use this company for all of my HVAC and Chimney needs.
Recently purchased our home and called upon Five Star to inspect the chimney and clean out the chimney. Juan and his team came out and completed the work in no time. We were so impressed that we decided to proceed with the installation of vent free gas logs and they were able to complete the installation instantaneously. We will call upon Five Star in the future for our HVAC service. Thanks guys and Happy Holidays to you all.
Millie and Juan, you guys rock!! I will NEVER use another company for any chimney repairs in the future. As a roofer, I have many clients who, when their roof needs to be replaced, find issues with their chimney. These guys take care of it. ALWAYS. Millie’s customer service is phenomenal, always such a pleasure speaking with her. And Juan knows his stuff! Just a fountain of knowledge. You guys and your staff are the best!!

Five Star Chimney replace my chimney damper, relined the smoke box, removed the old ugly gold glass doors from my chimney. The will be replacing the cap as soon as it comes in. Juan and his crew were very professional and clean. I have never had a contractor of any kind clean up so well when they were finished each day that they were here. Juan explained everything that they were doing and showed me their work as they were progressing so that I understood what was being done. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
