Excellent job -- keep up the great work ---
The gentleman from Kirkland showed up on time and accomplished the task with professionalism. I have used Kirkland time and time again over the years and I've been satisfied every time.
We couldn't be happier with the new HVAC that Dennis installed for us. From the first visit through completion of the install, Dennis was polite, professional, honest, and, answered all our questions along the way. It was the little things that impressed us most - like always placing slippers over his shoes when walking through the house. He treated our house like it was his house. Highly recommend Dennis and Kirkland!
Kirkland always responds quickly with HVAC issues and communicates very well with appointments, time, etc. always provides great service.

February 2022 Dennis arrived early and got in there and charged the A/C unit and added refrigerant easily and in no time flat! The new HVAC was installed in the winter time so it could not be added then so they asked me to call when it came time to charge it. I called and they were here the next morning to make it happen! I am super happy and the customer service is impeccable! June 15, 2023 Last unit was installed for downstairs last year. Today I purchased new unit from the same company. The same excellence was shown this time as well! They got here and completed the installation of my new unit for upstairs cooling, coil and thermostat in record time! Kind and friendly! Fast and efficient! I trust this company completely!
Sky was very nice and knowledgeable. He came at the appointment time that was scheduled. Kirkland is a great company. I love dealing with Kay she is always so kind. Ya’ll keep up the good work.

Kirkland Heating and Air Conditioning is the best hvac company. We have used their services twice now and both times we have had superior customer care. It can be pretty awkward having a stranger working on something in your home. But their technician (I cant remember his name, sorry.) was personable and friendly. It didn't feel awkward or uncomfortable having him in our home at all. He let us know what he was doing to fix our AC as he was doing it. He was quick, too! In and out in less than an hour. And the ladies who make the appointments in the office are delightful, as well. 10/10 highly recommend.
