US Air Contractors is hands down the best service company I've ever dealt with. They very quickly determined the issue with my furnace, acquired the parts, and replaced the faulty ones. The labor costs were very fair. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC service!
Michael is very knowledgeable and honest. I had an HVAC issue this weekend. Once left a message for service, Michael promptly responded with a text and a call. He made me check few basic things and actually resolved the issue over the phone itself. Someone could have taken the advantage of the situation, but Michael is very helpful and honest. He did not charge me anything. He will be my go to person for HVAC going forward.
This is now my go-to company for any a/c problems! Michael went out of his way to make sure he could fix my outdoor unit as quickly as possible, after learning how another company had let me down. Top notch customer service and reasonable pricing. Thanks Michael!
I travel for work and one of our HVAC unit gave-up at home in Tucker while I was in another town. I contacted US Air Contractors and Mr Michael from USAC promptly came out to the house, he was extremely helpful and informative from the beginning and they got us the unit which we need to be back cool again. It is not very often that you find people that are NOT trying to take advantage of your AC situation. I have to say Michael came to my home and was an absolute professional, treated my family with kindness, respect and honesty. I had to run out for work and he worked with my wife to get our AC problem solved. He also called and kept me in the loop the entire time and talked my son through steps that he was taking to solve the problem. This Man is not only a great professional... he is an amazing human being. Thank you Michael..
Outstanding company! If you are looking for a HVAC company based on excellent work and integrity, look no further. Michael and his crew do wonderful work, and charge a very fair price. We would never consider using another company after the great service we have received from them. They replaced our main level air conditioning unit about 3 weeks ago, and it is so efficient I have had to turn the temperature UP! It's refreshing to find a company you can trust.
Good experience, very professional, fair price. If you like to know all of the details about what is being done to your home, then this is the right company. AND - you are not going to be talked into anything more than what you need. I have had a total of 2 (two) contractors in my house in 21 years - I usually do stuff myself. So trusting someone else to work on my castle is huge for me. I take methodical care of my HVAC, but our 21-yr-old system finally gave up. Michael Lalvani (owner) came out, checked our failed system, explained why I should replace it, quoted a new top-shelf unit and explained WHY he was suggesting it, and only recommended what we needed (didn’t try to up-sell). Job was completed in an afternoon, we have a cool house again! You can trust Michael, you will not be disappointed!
I called 4 other AC contractors at the same time I called Michael. He responded immediately and asked if I was without A/C if so he would come ASAP. Michael owns the customer experience and makes his customers feel like family. His customer service is wonderful and is refreshing. Dont waste your time calling anyone else.

US Air Contractors provided excellent service and responded to an urgent request to repair my ageing hvac system. Our home Air Conditioner recently died after malfunctioning for few days with loud noises coming out of the Carrier indoor unit installed in the atic of our house. As this happened during peak Summer time with record high temperatures, we have desperately tried calling multiple HVAC service companies. While many of those didn't have appointments for next one week or so, some who gave next day appointment have failed to show up for the appointment causing serious inconvenience to us. I came across US Air Contractors HVAC service provider online and wanted to try my luck with them. To my surprise Mr. Michael gave same day appointment and promptly showed up at my home on time. He has quickly diagnosed the issue and identified the issue with Blower motor and proactively coordinated with Carrier company in expedite shipping of the part, and replaced the faulty part as soon as the new part arrived saving us from the torture of Summer heat. I found Mr. Michael as very honest with high ethical values as he was very transparent with the repair estimates and his charges for diagnosis as well as parts and labor were very competitive compared to quotes from other HVAC service providers. We are not only very satisfied with the quality of repair performed by US Air Contractors but also their dependability aspect demonstrated throughout the service duration. I highly recommend US Air Contractors for all HVAC repair or maintenance service needs.

Our water heater stopped working on the labor day weekend and it was hard to find anybody on the long weekend to get this fixed. Thanks to Michael, he came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it the next morning. He is honest, reliable, fair, and knowledgeable. Thanks Michael!!
Michael was kind of enough to help me through replacing my thermostat after it broke. I tried to replace and install it myself but Michael was easily able to let me know what I was doing wrong. A day later, needed his help and he came over to the house to check it out. Due to his expertise and years of experience, it was a quick visit and the AC was back on in minutes. If you have little to no experience with AC equipment (like me!), I highly recommend reaching out to Michael if you are in need. I sure will.
Michael was very honest and compassionate. My AC had stopped running with 90+ degree temps and he offered to come out on a Sunday for no extra cost. He was able to diagnose and repair the minor issue within a few minutes and could’ve taken me for a lot of $$. Instead, he only charged the base rate for a normal house call!! Wow!!! I really appreciated is swift action and more so, his honesty and Integrity!!
When our AC broke, I got in touch with as many as 6 HVAC companies to get quotes. I am glad that US Air Contractors was one of them. Michael came over to give an estimate for the replacement. He was knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. He laid out all the options and helped me to choose the system that is suitable for my house without overselling. He even advised me against some of the higher priced options I was considering and explained why did not need them. His pricing was also very competitive. So, I decided to buy the system from them. The installation team was also very good. They came on the said date, arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were professional and courteous. Michael is the most honest HVAC guy that I know . I wish I knew him before I used Shumate, Coolray, Bardi, etc. For the same exact job, I was charged at least double or triple at other places, and also, I was suggested with tons of stuff that is not even needed to my unit. I may not know enough but I know the basic stuff, and I know I got rip off by others. But in many situation, i have to do the job because most place charge a fee to look at the system and my children is hot, so many times I just gun it and spent tons of money for no reason. Trust me, go with Michael and he will at least tell you the truth, you are welcome to shop around after the quote which I think is very reasonable ! ( i just got my unit fix today for 240 and the same quote I got from other places is 600+, and they call that a "bandaid" fix. ).
Michael was fantastic! If you need some work done on your AC, you should give him a chance. Honest, reliable, nice and really fair. We're glad to have happened upon him by chance in an emergency situation, and we couldn't be happier with the result!
