Houston and his crew replaced both units in our home. He was very communicative and was on time and professional throughout the installation. He installs good products and we enjoyed a breakdown free summer! Will use him again and again. He has also performed maintenance on our units.
Houston McBroom and his associates are the very definition of professional. He has serviced our HVAC system at home now for eighteen years. The work he performs is precise, and he is available for unexpected heating or cooling incidents. Today, 8/22/2022, he installed a complete new Trane system in our home. He was able to do a great job within our budget parameters. We are Kool as Cucumbers. Excellent and highly recommended!
I’ve used McBroom for several years for maintenance and wanted to use them when it came time to replace my 17 year old system. They showed up exactly when they said they would and finished when they said they would! Very happy with my new Trane system!! The team was very professional and provided updates along the way. Would highly recommend!
I've been using Mc Broom Heat & Air for 12 or more years for maintenance on my very old unit. It finally went out after 25 yrs, so Houston and his team installed a complete new Trane unit, added a WIFI thermostat which "can" be controlled with my iphone,,love the features, it's awesome, and repaired some issues with the ducts, made some alterations to force more air upstairs which cools and heats sooooo much better and sealed them ,,,and I really like the longer lasting filter !! Houston is extremely knowledgeable and has a great personality on top of it. It's a family owned business so you know he's going to take care of his customers. When my neighbor right next doors a/c unit finally went out 6 months ago , of course I recommended Houston, and you guessed it,, he got a complete new system from him... I couldn't be happier with the situation !!!
I had submitted an online request for service and McBroom came out the next morning! They quoted us on a new system, and after I approved the quote, they came out at 6am the next morning to install! System works great and they even made duct alterations to improve airflow into the master bedroom. Streamlined process and one time. Highly recommend.
My air went out last night and it is 98° outside and 84° inside. McBroom Air came out NEXT DAY . Within the hour had me fixed up at an extremely great price. Quality, quality company. Do not hesitate to call. I'm so excited my air is working. TWO THUMBS UP
Houston and the McBroom team are phenomenal! I was in need of replacing my HVAC system and couldn't have asked for a better company to do it. Houston is incredibly knowledgable, very responsive and always there to answer questions. The process of getting all the equipment replaced went very smooth and they did an all-around outstanding job. McBroom is now my go-to for any HVAC concerns, and i will be referring my friends and family to them. Thank you for the amazing service!

We decided to be proactive in replacing our HVAC before it was too hot, or too cold as our units were 20 years old. We interviewed 6 companies. Four were real contenders, but we ultimately decided on McBroom. We were very impressed with Houston McBroom’s knowledge, and hands-on approach. This week McBroom installed two Trane AC units and furnace. The Plenums and thermostats were replaced as well. Houston was there every step of the way. This was a 2-day approach which worked very well. I had been warned by a friend about how much noise there would be. We had almost no noise, and everything was cleaned up to perfection. If you’re considering having your HVAC replaced we highly recommend Houston and McBroom’s.
Houston was great and well detailed at explaining the problem after diagnosis. I am particularly happy that he managed to squeeze us in on short notice, and he was quite upfront about it being a tentative appointment. I would definitely be using McBroom services again. Very professional... and friendly. Great customer service.
I was very pleased with my first experience with McBroom today! Communication was great as far as scheduling an appointment, and the technician arrived when expected. He was able to quickly diagnose and resolve my heating problem and was very professional and courteous throughout. I would definitely use them again for any future HVAC work and highly recommend them.
We’ve used McBroom for several years! They’ve always come out and focused on our immediate concern which is one of our systems being down and not used it as an opportunity to sell us everything under the sun! They offer a minimal repair, restoration and replacement options rather than Try to force only the big ticket items on you! I recommend them to all my neighbors! We wouldn’t use anyone else!
My heat went out last night and my house got down into the low 50’s. I was referred to McBroom by a friend. I called first thing this morning and they were here within the hour. The furnace was quickly repaired. GREAT SERVICE and highly recommend!!
I’ve been using McBroom for almost 15 years! They recently installed a new system along with a high efficiency air filtration system and thermostat with Wifi! 5 stars is not enough! I highly recommend Houston and his team for any of your heating and air conditioning needs!
Houston came highly recommended from my HOA and he was extremely quick, efficient and professional. He arrived when he said he would and he was able to get my problem fixed in about an hour. He also explained everything he was doing every step of the way. I’ll definitely be using McBroom in the future!

Contacted Houston first thing in the morning as my AC had gone out in the middle of summer (go figure). He was able to have the house fixed up and some, cooled down by early afternoon! So thankful for this company, each time using them has been hassle free and impressive. They are above and beyond!
Houston McBroom first came to our house ten years ago! In 2010, our old air conditioner/heater was failing, and Houston stepped up and built us a great new one into our house, plus a needed additional air return vent! He has come promptly throughout intervening years to maintain it and professionally advise us. It has worked beautifully all these years, at much less cost than the previous unit. Last night, we had a little hitch, couldn’t keep the house as cool as we like, and called him this afternoon to inquire. He was able to come within about an hour, replaced one part, checked the whole system, advised us, and we were already cooling off before he left! McBroom Heating and Air, especially in the person of Houston McBroom, is the nicest, most professional and responsive service organization we have encountered, and we highly encourage you to seek McBroom Heating and Air for your heating and air conditioning needs.
