Hai was awesome. He was honest from the start about the age of the units and checked a couple things like refrigerant levels to make sure it was even worth trying to repair… he was able to keep the AC going and show me what was broken and why. Highly recommend and I rarely am willing to say that.
Humans are not infallible which is why my new heat pump was not repaired on the first call. When the first tech left it was 78 in my loft. Several hours later it was 87 degrees!! Staton then sent out Austin to perform troubleshooting. He was here for 2 hours and correctly diagnosed the issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He even returned later that day to confirm the repair was successful. Incredible!
Sergio and his assistant were professional, respectful and friendly. Ken Staton answered my email within minutes of me sending it. I recommend Staton HVAC to anyone looking for air conditioning service.

Staton is a very professional company and their employees provide a great customer experience. Their technician, Tyler, arrived on time for our appointment. He is knowledgeable and takes time to let me know what is going on with my unit. He’s a great representative for Staton.
Tyler saved the day! We’re new to Georgia and learned so much in one visit, i.e., change your filters monthly. Lo and behold, a lizard came to visit and tripped our circuit breaker. 🦎 Plus, Tracy in the office was stellar!
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Staton Air, and I must say that their customer service was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I contacted them, it was clear that they had no regard for professionalism or basic courtesy. First and foremost, the representatives I spoke with over the phone were incredibly rude and dismissive. They showed no interest in addressing my concerns and seemed to have a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Instead of patiently listening to my queries, they responded with condescension and impatience. Evidently, they considered themselves superior and above the need to provide quality service. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with the owner to express my dissatisfaction, I was met with even greater disappointment. The owner not only exhibited the same level of rudeness as the customer service representatives but also displayed a complete lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, the owner brushed me off and made it abundantly clear that my opinion as a customer meant nothing to them. Furthermore, the unprofessionalism displayed by Staton Air was not limited to their interactions with me. I witnessed firsthand how they treated other customers during my visit to their office. They were impolite, dismissive, and lacked any sense of empathy. It was evident that providing a positive customer experience was not a priority for this company. Considering the way I was treated and the overall lack of professionalism, I would strongly advise against using Staton Air for any HVAC needs. Their disrespectful and dismissive behavior is indicative of a company that has lost touch with the importance of customer satisfaction. There are plenty of other reputable HVAC service providers out there who will treat you with the respect and professionalism you deserve. Furthermore, I strongly advise against any further business with O'Dwyer Builder, as their association with Staton Air only perpetuates the lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. The customer service at Staton Air was nothing short of a nightmare. From the very first interaction, their representatives were dismissive, rude, and seemingly disinterested in addressing my concerns. Rather than providing a helpful and courteous experience, they adopted an arrogant and condescending tone, leaving me feeling disrespected and frustrated. It was evident that providing quality service was not a priority for them. Regrettably, my attempt to escalate the issue to the owner of Staton Air proved to be equally disheartening. Outstanding service by Josh Martin Very knowledgeable on my system. Explain what was broken on the system & explain the part he was replacing. When I asked about having a REME system installed, Josh explained the entire system to me from A-Z. Watching Josh work I could see how passionate he is about his job. Because of the outstanding service with Josh, you now have a customer that will spread the word on how professional your company is.

When we had a service alert, Staton quickly ordered the parts needed for our AC service and scheduled a service call. Josh Martin was the technician who performed our repairs. He did an outstanding job. He was professional, courteous and worked all day to ensure of system was performing properly.
I had A HVAC system installed and I cannot say enough good about this experience. The Technician was courteous, informed me of the process, and did quality work. My system works great and is very quiet . I recommend Staton Heating & Air for price, and quality work.
Josh was very thorough, respectful and punctual. He explained everything and was very transparent. I highly recommend Josh and Staton for any HVAC needs!
