Installed a new unit on my home two years ago. It hasn't made it more than 6 months without an issue. The technicians have found several problems with the install. Their supervisors are kind and polite which is the only saving grace here. However I would never use them again.

I called this company over and their standard pricing is double to what other companies charge. They take advantage of your situation. I paid the $79 service fee and had someone else do the work and I saved $100
