We have been using MM since we moved to the area 10 years ago. They do our seasonal maintenance twice a year and have kept our systems in great condition. Recently our attic furnace went out after 27 years (original) and they replaced it for us. The workers were all great and professional. Prices on everything have def gone up but they were about to do the work at a reasonable price and bc we are existing customers we got a F&F discount. We will continue to use them and recommend them. The owner, managers, workers are all so friendly, helpful and professional. It’s truly appreciated and less common these days which makes it mean even more. Thank you Ken and everyone at Milton Mechanical!

I have used Milton Mechanical the last few seasons for repair/maintenance on older ac units. They have done outstanding work and Ken is always very professional and knowledgeable. They are a company that you can trust and they don’t try and push for replacement units like other companies have done.
Thank you Ken and team for helping us get AC back upstairs after what appeared to be a compressor going out. Price was reasonable, diagnosis was easy, as he knew what he was doing! We are so appreciative of Ken and his team and happy to have found him and his company. Will be calling him back for routine maintenance.
Milton Mechanical replaced our air conditioning and water heater. The A/C work was top-notch; I could see the difference in workmanship between the clean, professional job they did and what had been done before. All of the ductwork was neatly done, with coolant lines routed properly and everything taped and sealed well. The water heater work was similarly excellent; they had to do some code upgrades that our home inspector had suggested, and all of the vent work that they did was also neat and tidy. We got a great deal on the work, too. It was much more affordable than we thought it would be. They installed it quickly, with only a short time passing between our initial call and getting everything set up. I would definitely recommend them!
i had to hire another HVAC firm to correct the installation of the high efficiency furnace they sold me; you owe me $375 Ken.

Our heater went out on Christmas Eve during the arctic vortex, Milton Mechanical was kind enough to come out and get it up and running again. We can’t thank them enough for the excellent service!
Took a month just to get a job scheduled, and then when they did come out, they left the job half-done and never responded to my attempts to contact them. Four months later, they sent me a bill for the full amount of the job they never finished, with the bill dated as past due the day before they sent it. A sketchy company with sketchier billing practices.

The staff are the most professional and pleasant people around. The work was done quickly and completely even with me asking on short notice. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgable and was more than willing to answer any questions, making sure I understood everything. Thanks for the great job.
These guys were the most professional and easy to work with crew I've ever worked with. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were clean, efficient, and easy to get along with. Ken did a great job of explaining the work they were doing in easy to understand language, I never felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. Even when they ran into unexpected issues these guys stayed late working hard until the job was done. 5 stars highly recommend!

Came out even on a Sunday. Technician ran into multiple issues with my furnace but was determined to get it up and running! Appreciate that they actually call back when they say they will. Highly recommend their business!
Love these guys. Very intelligent and use state of the art technology. They replaced my entire ac/furnace several years ago and have serviced it since... No major issues and the only hiccup was a depleted capacitor 2 months ago that they came out on a Sunday to replace.
