Great people and always take care of me quickly and fairly.
They charged me $354 ($299 part Robertshaw 41-402 Carbide Ignitor and $55 Service Fee) to replace a part that costs less than $18 everywhere. And, the guy took less than ten minutes to put the part on :) I called the office and they sang the same song. Looks like they believe in highway robbery and not worry about having long term customers. I feel like they cheated me as if there is no tomorrow. I can understand 2X$20 plus service charge of $55, total of $95, but not $354. Avoid them at any cost please
I wouldn't go anywhere else for your HVAC needs. James and his team show up quick and keep my air conditioner and heater running year-round. You will not find a more professional and honest outfit anywhere.

Finding a good HVAC company is like finding a good auto mechanic...I was looking for integrity, knowledge, thoroughness, a quick fix, and wanted to support a local firm if possible. Happy to say that I'm totally satisfied with Jason and his team. Our AC compressor went out on Monday (this is late July), called and had an initial consultation on Tuesday, and had a new unit installed (and cool air blowing) on Thursday morning...ClimateSmith is my new go-to for anything HVAC!
ClimateSmith is the best company for a service that I've ever dealt with. Their work is second to none from a professional standpoint. They are incredibly honest, give excellent customer service, and do a fantastic job of making sure you're getting the best option available to you from a service and financial standpoint. I'd recommend them, and have recommended them, to everyone I know. You won't find anyone better than them.
I hired ClimateSmith to come out and service my HVAC. They sold me on their service plan which includes inspections twice a year, no service charges and free air filters. Great deal. I also had then price me out various upgrades to my HVAC and Jason was great and quick for a quote. Highly recommend service! A+
Called Jason and asked him to come over to my house to check my A.C. unit it was running warm. He arrived in less than an " 1 Hour " AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Added some freon and did not even charge me for the service call or the freon! Will be replacing my complete system next March and will be purchasing it from Climatesmith.

Every single time! Every single time we needed a repair, ClimateSmith responded quickly, arrived when they said they would, and made quality repairs at a very reasonable cost. And many times if it was a simple fix they refused any payment! When is the last time you witnessed that??! In a couple instances they walked me through the repairs over the phone to save us $$. James and Jason have proven over and over, that they are super reliable, professional, and very trustworthy! This is the kind of AC company you want to build a relationship with.
ClimateSmith took really good care of us. Mr. Smith was awesome. He came to our home the day after we called and thoroughly evaluated the existing heating / air conditioning system in our home. He explained everything he found and gave us several options to choose from including repair, partial system replacement and full system replacement. Due to the age of our system, we decided to replace the entire system and were given several several price options with varying levels of efficiency. The installers showed up two days later, exactly when scheduled and did an excellent job too. Their work was neat inside as well as outside and we didn’t have to do any cleanup after they left. The system works great. We feel they offered an excellent value and would recommend them to friends and family. For the first time ever, I can’t wait to get my first electric bill this summer to see how much we save, lol.
I started using ClimateSmith for any HVAC needs a few years ago. I have never been disappointed by these folks. They are knowledgeable and do things the right way without [over]charging you needlessly. Do yourself a favor and sign up for their maintenance contract so you have an existing relationship when problems arise.
I have been using Climate Smith for years and I recommend them to everyone. I have an experience with them about 6 years ago. They were the 4th HVAC company I had called. The previous ones did not know what they were doing and cost me a lot of money to fix nothing. They wanted to charge me a lot more money to fix a problem that did not exist. Jim Smith came out and fixed the real problem. It was a difficult problem to fix with a complicated system, but Jim stuck with it until he fixed the issue and only charged me for what fixed the problem. They have been doing my bi-annual service ever since and I have been very pleased.
They came out right away and properly fixed my AC problem a month after the original AC company came out. Very professional and honest. They could have charged me double (which is what the original company did) and I would not have questioned it and would have gladly paid it. THANKS!
I have recommended this company to everyone. They have a very professional staff, that are timely as well as respectful of your time and your home. Prices are very reasonable and the quality and service are amazing.

Gave me a 12-4 window and showed up at 12:30, which is EXCELLENT in my opinion, considering most companies that do that will show up at 3:55. Sam was an honest, educated gentleman and he fixed my unit in no time at a very fair and affordable price. I highly recommend this company, and if you get a chance to work with Sam in particular, consider yourself lucky.
I was helping my elderly parents move into their new home recently. I called a place that my parents had a recommendation for who replied that they don't service their area. I searched google and read the reviews of Climate Smith. I called and was so pleased with everything. I had somebody come out that day to look and give an estimate. Jason was professional, honest, extremely nice, and provided all the information for us to make a design. We then scheduled for two days later. They did everything we wanted, communicated with us and made sure everything was what we wanted. All the positive reviews are spot on. I would suggest Climate Smith to anyone looking for HVAC work. We signed up for maintenance plan which makes me feel better about having someone check twice a year on my elderly parents heating and air conditioning.

I was getting taken advantage of by a different HVAC company so I called and spoke with Debra who talked me through what I could do and what my options were. She spent a lot of time with me and was the sweetest. I will use them from now on.
