Andrew Brown was polite, prompt and efficient. He first tried to clean the part, but had to replace it, instead. At least he tried to help minimize our cost which I appreciate.
The technician, Chris Lowry,, was on time, professional and did a great job. He informed me of everything he was doing and gave me a full rundown on my systems when finished. He even helped me find a doorbell transformer that had gone bad. Great guy, great service.

I had an appointment with Jim McGuigan. He is extremely professional and guided us through our problems with our cooling systems efficiently. He understood our issues and directed us with simple yet affective methods for our problems.
Thomas Martin and his crew did an outstanding job installing two new units at our house. Very professional, conscientious, and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend! Thomas Novak was wonderful to work with on the sales portion of our new system. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the best system for the best price! Would definitely recommend anyone to him!
Thomas was very professional and customer focused. He came out in an emergency service, and was very consultative in offerring advice on replacing our furnace due to it’s age which allowed us to maximize our investment . His personable skills were helpful in providing the applicable products and services needed. This creates trust with clients which is the goal.
Paid $600 in order to get ac working and stop leaking all over our basement floor…less than a week later water continues to leak all over our basement. Contacted customer service to set up for Ivan to come back out since same issue is happening…water leaking all over basement floor and ac still not working properly. Was promised by scheduler we would not be charged another service fee since the issue did not get fixed. Ivan raised his voice, yelled at my husband and demanded another $89 service fee when issue was never fixed the first time. Very disappointed in this company and will not be using them again or recommending to any local moms.
Initially I thought they are very professional. They are complete ripoff. They charged me about $350 for an item thats worth less than $20 at home depot in addition to the service charge. Absolute scam.
The technician was professional, skilled, and took his time to answer all of my questions. I will request him every time we need are system serviced.

We've been using 4 Seasons and Aaron Dockery for 20+ years to services our HVAC system. We even had them replace the builder installed system about 9 years ago. They are a wonderful organization and we look forward to seeing Aaron when the service is due.
