Our AC broke in the middle of the night and after an early morning call, owner David was able to squeeze us in the following morning. Luckily, it was a quick fix for David and within the hour, our house was starting to cool. He was incredibly courteous and professional and I would highly recommend him!

I can't say enough good things about Jacob's heating and gooling!! I knew the time was coming for a new A/C unit, and got several second opinions. We chose to go through Jacob's and would do it again in a heartbeat. He came out the first night on a friday around 730pm, looked at our unit and gave it to us straight and left with it running. He was very respectful, honest and hard working. Even gave us several options besides replacing. Ultimately we chose replacing. He came out the following Monday and replaced our unit. I would highly recommend him to anyone who will ask!! Thanks for keeping is cool in this Florida heat!!

My 15 year upstairs A/C unit decided to stop working at a most inconvenient time (although when is it ever convenient). I had read good reviews about Jacob's Heating and Cooling so called at 4:00 on a Saturday to see if he could help. David informed me he would be able to fit me in first thing Sunday morning. I knew he was going to tell me it was time to replace the unit, and as long as I was replacing the upstairs I might as well replace the downstairs unit. I mentally prepared myself to hear these words. I was due to leave on a 2 week international trip in 5 days and the dollar signs for 2 new A/C units plus international travel were swirling in my head and totally overwhelming me. Sunday morning David arrived, opened the cover that housed my unit, and said the most beautiful words I could have heard "this is an easy fix." Within 20 minutes he had my unit running again and even said that my A/C appeared to be in pretty good shape for being quite old. It's always a little unnerving when you don't know anything about what it is you need repaired and you have to put your trust in a complete stranger. David could have easily and successfully tried to upsell me, but he didn't. Instead he repaired my A/C at a very reasonable price and earned my business for life. He's good, y'all! Yesterday my elderly mother called and said that her a/c wasn’t working so I told her to call David at Jacobs Heating and Cooling and schedule an appointment. She told him what was going on and not to rush because it was late in the afternoon. He was there super quick and fixed the problem and really cares about his customers. If you need a reliable hard working ac guy with great pricing then David is your man!
Highly recommend. Squeezed a repair in on a hot busy Saturday to get me cool. Professional and responsive. And my very protective dog trusted him… her review and my cold house within hours of reaching out to him without breaking the bank say it all!
I had David out to service my system months ago. He got me cool and his timeline of needing to replace my system was spot on. He installed a new system for us. He is very professional, punctual, just a great guy that takes pride in satisfying his custmers. He will be taking good care of my a/c in the years to follow. I can't recommend his services enough....6 stars!

We have not been happy with our AC companies in the past and based off recommendations, we had Dave at Jacob’s Heating and Cooling come do our yearly maintenance prior to hot season. He is FANTASTIC! He didn’t try to upsell me at all and he was so informative about how to keep the house as cool and clean as possible! Give him a call to clean your units or if you have any AC issues!
This was the best person I've ever dealt with in construction. Knew exactly what to do. Gives you confidence in his work. All he cares about is doing a good job! Knowledgeable, professional, responsible, showed up on time and left no trace of leftover boxes, trash, etc. We will definitely recommend Jacobs to family and friends.

Dave and his team are great! I am a first time home owner and had the original ac go out. Dave was able to diagnose and explain those issues layman's terms. He went through pros and cons of repair vs replacement since my original was already 14 years old. He laid out all my options and gave me time to weight them. When it came time to install the new unit, he was right on time and cleaned everything up when finished. I would highly recommend Dave and will use again if needed.
