We have now used Hedrick Air twice and they are now our go to A/C company. They replaced a unit in our old home and just came out to repair an AC unit in our new home. Mike, the technician, was friendly, on time, and explained in detail the issue. The office staff communicated well and double confirmed our appointment time. Awesome service, fair and honest.
I will not go to or recommend any other a/c business. The owner was honest and knowledgeable, he gave reasonable pricing and was lower than others we received quotes for. The technicians that came were amazing, they were courteous and talked us through what was going on. I couldn't have been happier with their service.
