Tried Wilson today since my normal go to was booked until next week. The receptionist Emily was incredibly friendly. Nick the tech showed up a few hours later and knocked out the repair in a couple of hours. He was very professional and left the areas he worked in better than he found it. Gained a customer today! 100% recommend!
Shawn, arrived and got right to work to figure out why the AC and the furnace was running simultaneously. He quickly figured it out and got the unit up and running, to be ready when the cold really gets here. Shawn is a real pro and was on time, professional and was a good value for the work done. Very happy to have a company service Flagler Estates in Hastings.
We have been using Wilson HVAC since our first house over 5+ years ago and have kept using them since moving houses. Always great, courteous, and fast service for any HVAC problems we have and can identify solutions to tricky issues while saving us $$$.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Wilson's Heating & Air! My system went out during the peak season of hot Florida summers. I quoted several companies, and none can compare to Wilson's. Todd Wilson was very honest about what we needed, did not try to over sell me something & showed up the same day. They were considerably lower for the same type of system than the other companies and had it in stock. I would highly recommend this company and appreciate the work they did for me.
Customer had a problem with their air conditioner not coming on periodically. Wilson Heating and Air Conditioning were contacted because they had made repairs in the past. While the demand for air conditioning service was very high at this time, Wilson was able to have a technician respond the same day. David diagnosed a weak capacitor and made the repair. David was very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond, inspecting the air handler in the attic to ensure there were no problems with the air handler and then trouble shooting the compressor and related components. He was very patient in answering questions and gave the customer a feeling of confidence. Overall excellent service and a job well done!
Did a great job and reasonably priced! We got quotes from four different companies in town. Wilson was fair and willing to give us what we needed. No high pressure and they had the best price. very professional.

Alfie was AWESOME, ,knows his work very nice guy will definitely use him in the future. Wilson Air though should only charge residents more money if they are out of St John's County for the yearly maintenance plan not me since I'm in Saint Augustine and in Saint John's County but my zip code is considered "out of area" not cool....
Wilson heating and air have been amazing from the start. They sent out Alfie and Chase to do our installation for both inside and outside and they were amazing. Very nice people and caring. Didn’t feel uncomfortable at all being home alone with them. They took their time and did an amazing job. They had to remove our old units which was a pain, but they didn’t complain at all. Once it was all said and done, I couldn’t believe that you couldn’t even tell that they were even in my house! I didn’t have to clean up after them which is rare! They were so clean and caring about what they did! I highly recommend them and have already been telling friends and family how amazing they all were! Thank you guys so much! We couldn’t be happier!!

We have used Wilson's for two different properties we own. We have service contracts on both HVAC units. EVERY time we have contacted the office they are prompt and professional. The service tech, Dennis, has handled multiple issues for us (cleaning/maintenance, AC unit coating for salt, thermostat set up, etc. EVERY time we have had the pleasure of Dennis as our tech, he is professional, polite, shows up on time, and has always made recommendations that were best for us as the consumer-even though it might have cost the company a parts sale -or whatever-for the present time. We have always been more than satisfied with this company!!
Replaced leaking and outdated ac/heat pump. From the original conversation with owner Todd Wilson to office work by Marie and install by Alfie & Johnny, all was done with professional courtesy, reasonable pricing, on time as promised and detailed, including cleanup. Highly recommend!
Had to have my dryer vent rerouted. Steve and Josh came and did an amazing job. Very professional, very informed about what they were doing and Steve explained every detail to me. Gave me options and then suggested what would be best. Price very reasonable also. I will always use Wilson Heating and Air.
Great service, got my ac working like new
David is an awesome technician. Since the service, the system has been running significantly quieter and more efficient. Also, a noise emitted from the outside unit has subsided.
We left message Sunday night that our ac was not working. Received a phone call first thing Monday morning and Billy was at our condo at 8:30am! Our ac unit and heat needed to be replaced and Billy made a call to office and we had install set for Thursday. Chad and Jon installed, they were awesome, very professional and right on time, we are grateful for Wilson , there employees Billy, Chad, and Jon. We now have peace of mind while we are not there that our ac/heat will be working! We HIGHLY recommend.
Extremely professional. Very concerned with our comfort and safety. They even sent an additional person to make sure everything was as it should be to insure we had cooling that was safe!
Service worker was on time. He cleaned HVAC system and identify potential problem areas. He was professional and left a detailed summary of work conducted.
