Garrett quickly figured out what was causing our condenser to quit and fixed the problem. We are very happy with the service at Powell heating and air.

Great job cleaning up old AC! Just replaced the old AC as it had worn out. Replaced with Daikin variable speed system. So quiet and with my solar much higher efficiency.

The AC went out on my wife and kids while I was away. Powell HVAC was extremely responsive. Came out that night. Within 30 minutes they had the AC back up and running.
Bricen did an amazing job clearing out our clogged A/C drain so that we could have a functioning A/C overnight. He was super efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable about all aspects of our system. This was a late night emergency to get our system running and Bricen and Powell really came through for us. This wasn't really surprising, as Powell has always provided us with exceptional service.
Showed up on time, professional tech, wore shoe protectors, we have had one repair and regular maintenance. Excellent customer service.

Since we have their maintenance plan, if we should ever have an issue we are at the top of the list. It came in handy a couple of years ago in the middle of July.

Great service on the same day. Called them during an emergency and they showed up on time. The technician did not leave until the Isaura was fixed.
