' Aaron and his helper Ryan were amazing. After 3 different technicians from a different company came out 3 days in a row and did not find the leak and said it was not our AC. Well, when Aaron from Hartwick arrived Aaron went right to work and found the leak and fixed our AC. When our contract with the other company has expired we will be getting a maintenance contract with Hartwick and a new AC we will be going with Hartwick. Thank you for solving our problem, you were great. Left with the place clean and the job done!!
Just had a full system replacement and I am very please with the service, professionalism and skill from the team. Aaron was on point and beginning to end a great attitude and attention to detail. Definitely will do business again.
Aaron came out within an hour of calling Hartwick. Fixed the AC within an hour at an affordable price!!! Very knowledgeable & professional! I highly recommend! Thank you Aaron!!
Technician Aaron communicated that he was on his way, after arriving he was dressed professionally and quickly diagnosed the problem. His knowledge of the business is incredible. On install day, he was punctual, efficient and had attention to detail. I would highly recommend Technician Aaron for all your HVAC needs.
Aaron was very professional and informative. Showed my wife and I what was wrong and what our options were. Also showed where previous a/c company was not preforming clean out maintenance properly. This is our new go to a/c company

We had called in Hardwick for a very difficult problem with a clogged AC condensation drain pipe. We had tried another a/c vendor and did everything we could think of ourselves, but could not free the clog. Aaron from Hardwick came early the day they promised, and worked very hard to resolve the problem. it was not an easy fix, but he persevered and took care of it for us. I was very happy with the response in the quality service.
Hardwick sent out there best of the best by sending me out Aaron who was a true professional from the get go ,he went beyond what he was sent out to do,his mannerisms and his knowledge was extraordinary.5 stars all way through from Aaron to the people at the office.
Aaron showed up at my home early, took pictures, communicated with me professionally, allowing me to make informed decisions and did an outstanding job. Really happy with this company and would highly recommend.

I have two locations recently serviced by Hartwick HVAC, one by Nick and the other by Aaron. I was favorably impressed by both representatives. They were friendly and professional. One location is oceanfront in St. Augustine. To wash the sand and salt off the rooftop compressor, Nick brought a 200-foot hose. Nick took obvious pride in his workmanship. The other location is in Palm Coast and has a five-ton, three zone, two speed HVAC system. Aaron arrived on time and took great care of our equipment. When the unit had a problem later in the week, Aaron immediately responded and did a great job troubleshooting the problem. I would highly recommend Hartwick HVAC.
We had an issue with our AC unit not cooling. Aaron came in with his uncle and trouble shorted,, was extensive in his explanation with pictures. I got a real education and a pro who cares about his work and his craft. Very uncommon in todays world. The last ac company we used Chapman performed negligently. Their guys never bled our lens after routine service which caused a blockage and the over flow from the pan went through the ceiling of our guest bedroom. Don’t use Chapman, ever, only use Hartwick. I can’t say enough about the time they took to find and actually fox the problem. They even cleaned up all the trash the last guys left in my attic. I took the maintenance plan because I do t want to worry again and I won’t with Hartwick and Aaron. If there were 6 stars I would give them.

5/1/23 Just received my 6 month Service w/Aaron. Once again Hartwick exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them...Thank you, Aaron! Excellent customer service both office & field! Couldn’t have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable service technician, Joe Kelly. I’m very confident & pleased in my decision to choose Hartwick Heating & A/C for my maintenance contract. 11/25/22 Just received my 6 month HVAC maintenance & Joe & his apprentice were excellent, the best customer service. Once again, I highly recommend Hartwick.

I’ve had a maintenance contract with Hartwick Heating & Air for several years. They are always prompt and extremely reliable. Nick Miller was the technician today and he previously did the fall maintenance. Nick is very knowledgeable and does a great job. As a major plus, he’s an animal lover, so I don’t have to put my Golden and German Shepherd into another room when he comes into the house.
Nathan was great! First off he called with an Eta, not just popping in. Then he got the A/C back on in a short time, making my wife's attitude noticeably cooler getting me to finally be able to chill. Thanks Nathan!
