On the recent holiday weekend (Sunday), my a/c cut out at 0430. A number of outfits advertised 24 hour service but this one was the only reputable one that answered my call (not a voicemail) and came over to my condo and repaired my unit. Not only did Donald get the unit running but I watched as he cleaned the fins on the air handler inside and opened the outside portion to inspect it. For the first time, I asked that their business sticker(with pertinent info) be placed on the air handler so that whoever is in this condo will know who to call.
I can’t say enough about this company! They have been servicing us since we moved into our house three years ago. They have come in times of need and in emergencies and been wonderful! Last night, I arrived home from traveling at 12 am and our air wasn’t working. I had an infant with me and the house was too hot to sleep in. I called at 12:15am and David was here at 12:30am. I am still amazed that he fixed it for us and we were able to sleep in the house! Thank you Glacier!

LOVE this company! 4 years ago I had my interior unit’s coil replaced by them. :) Recently, this past Thursday, I came home from work at 5:30pm to the inside of my house being 95*F. I called their number and one of the owners answered and let me know that Colin could come out in a couple of hours. Collin did just that and called beforehand to let me know that he was on his way. He was able to find the culprit of my A/C not working and efficiently fixed it. He even took his shoes off every time he walked through my house to look at the exterior unit! In 2.5 hours from my phone call, he had my A/C working and cooling again. The cost was very fair. I am SOOOO grateful for this company and their outstanding professionalism, integrity, compassion, and work ethic. Thank you Glacier Heating and A/C!

Amazing customer service. I’m new to Florida and functioning AC is a MUST for me. These guys are extremely responsive and have made it out to my house same day and sometimes within the hour multiple times to fix or do maintenance work when my AC has gone down. Life savers! We recently had a new a/c system installed. The three technicians who did the job were very professional and knowledgeable. The day of the installation the temperature was in the nineties but that did not slow them down. This company provides outstanding customer service. Paul Herendeen
Yesterday I came home to a HOT house. After calling another company with no luck of getting it fixed the same day, I gave Glacier a call. The receptionist informed me that they were extremely busy but would send someone out as soon as possible. After a few hours I called just to make sure someone was still coming out same day. Collin called me back promptly letting me know that he was headed to our home. Collin was both professional and personable! Everything was fixed within 20 minutes and we didn't have to sleep in a 89 degree house. Thank you Glacier!
Collin came and inspected our AC unit and did service on it. He was extremely professional and he was very knowledgeable. He did find a part that needed replaced and was able to fix it same day. We were very impressed by him and will definitely use them in the future for any repairs or maintenance to our system! We felt the charges were very fair and competitive and the punctuality of this company is awesome.

I have used Glacier for over a year and find there service competent but there administrative quite the opposite. Attempted to set up a billing through credit card three times with there office and had to start a new every time. Last straw was the lack of integrity on annual contract, quoted one price showed up and did the work for +$100 more than quoted.
Glacier is an excellent company - extremely responsive and timely; very professional; and don't try to up-sell, up-charge or BS their customers. I highly recommend this company.
This is what quality service looks like. My AC goes out at 9 at night and I give them a call. Within 5 minutes someone calls me back to not at first sell me something, but to walk me through how to fix the problem. When the issue couldn’t be resolved over the phone, but needed a technician coming to my house they were up front about a $99 after hours charge (totally understandable). Devan, the service tech, was amazing. He not only fixed the problem but told me what to look out for and how to fix minor issues. I have his card will be calling him first if I experience any issues in the future.
Our HVAC system died on Sunday early afternoon and Derek was at the house less than an hour later. He followed up in the morning with a quote and rearranged the schedule to install the system on Tuesday afternoon. All three technicians were very nice and professional and quickly installed a new system. I am deeply grateful. This company earned a lifetime loyal customer for sure. Quote was very competitive and I got one year free maintenance, for an extra $140 savings. I strongly recommend Glacier Heating and Air.
Glacier rep “Mike” responded to our call late Saturday night on Holiday weekend. Got our AC back working promptly and professionally. Great personality and answered all questions. Provided advice for future unit care. HIGHLY recommend.
AC went out on Friday evening during holiday weekend - what timing; of course! Called Glacier and Mike returned my call within 1/2 hour. He asked a couple questions and instructed me how to handle AC until he got there, immediately after his current call. I knew just by speaking with Mike he would take care of my issue and he did! He was very knowledgeable, professional and wasted no time. I did not hesitate to purchase a maintenance agreement with Glacier and truly appreciate Mike's excellent service.

Derek assisted us and we were extremely satisfied. Our AC concern needed to present for diagnosis and repair suggestions. Derek made himself available to take ownership, was thorough, explained the suggested plan of action in relatable terms, and worked to diligently around an incoming storm. We appreciated his evident experience, time he took to explain this that and the other, and customer centered approach. Previous providers (other companies) were not able to get to diagnose step.
