Danny from Arnett Heating came on time and solved my electrical problem in a very thorough and professional way. He explained the situation in a clear and understandable manner and answered all of my questions. He is an asset to this company and I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. also very quick in response to an emergency downtown when we could not get anyone! Dylan was very respectful and helpful. Hope to continue doing business with Arnett!

Very professional and got my grinder pump for sewage fixed pretty fast.
My techs were Chas and Nick both were wonderful. Explained everything as they were installing showed me how to set up the thermostat showed me the flow control on the unit in case of a back up of the drain very good. Both of them are five star wonderful. I went with arnett because of the good reputation and I would like someone that has good quality service after the sale and I went ahead and got the maintenance plan for the AC plumbing and electric so I feel like I will be very pleased. I didn’t even shop anywhere else. I just called Arnett first, they’ve been in business a long time and I prefer to work with local
Arnett was very helpful to get us service as quickly as possible in an emergency situation. Danny spent more than two days replacing our power pole and electric box/meter after it was taken down by a dump truck. Very professional and kind. I would use Arnett for any of our repair needs in the future.

Dustin and Justin worked efficiently to clean my HVAC system. They were very thorough and informative. They answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns as well as offering advice on continuous maintenance. Another great service call! Akoi was on time, thoroughly evaluating and diagnosing my system. Great customer service!!

Clint did a great job of diagnosing and correcting the problem as well as giving me some great advice to avoid future problems. I was so grateful there was a cancellation and Clint was there less than 45 minutes after I called. They are and always have been the best and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Curtis and Joe had a big job to do for us, but they faced the challenge head on and worked steadily until the job was completed. Curtis especially worked like an Energizer bunny, tirelessly walking up and down our stairs, as well as climbing up into our attic. They even made sure to clean up behind themselves before leaving our house. On top of all that, both Curtis and Joe were very friendly and professional.
