I was told that this company sales faulty units and fails to repair them when they give out only a few years later. Buyer beware!!!

I called during business hours to schedule an estimate. An answering service picked up the call informing me that the office was closed (at 3pm on a weekday). I asked if they offered certain services, and the agent did not know. I called back the next morning and scheduled an appointment for an at-home estimate. On the day of our scheduled appointment, I waited around during the appointment window, and no one showed up or called. I called the company, and they had scheduled for the wrong date/time. I did not receive an apology. I understand scheduling mistakes happen, but this is unprofessional.
Hands down the worst experience!! I called at 5 pm and was guaranteed a tech would be there the same night to look at my a/c. Tech would call on the way. At 7:30 when we hadn’t received a call, I called back and was informed we should receive a call shortly. At 10pm, still no call!!! I called again and was informed they stop service calls at 8 pm and the on call person wasn’t responding. We turned down other companies who returned our call after scheduling with your company since your company GUARANTEED a tech that never came. We were told we would receive a call this morning to rectify the issue and surprise surprise no call.
We just had an absolutely fantastic experience with Advanced Air when they removed our old hot water heater tank and we replaced it with an electric tankless hot water heater! We live in a condo in Palencia and every square foot of available space is critical in a condo but we were also concerned about a traditional hot water tank rupturing and having water go into the units below us. The sales rep Josh came out to our unit, reviewed whether or not the tankless would be a good fit for us, went through all of our questions and we were satisfied. Two weeks later we had two awesome technicians come out, remove the old tank and install the new one. It is been a great decision! If you ask your friends about electric tankless hot water heaters you'll get every Monday Morning Quarterback tell you "Oh no, they're not very good" so I did my own research and vetted it myself and it's been worth it. We gained more space in our laundry room, we have the efficiency of a tankless heater and the finished product is minimal. 5 Stars for Advanced Air!

I had the best experience with this company! I called and spoke with Wade about making an appointment to service my air conditioner that was leaking water. He was friendly, professional and provided an appointment for the same day. Travis came to my home earlier than expected, which was a relief, and he fixed the problem instantly. He provided tips for monthly maintenance to prevent future problems and was very friendly and professional. I can’t say enough good things about this team and would recommend them to anyone needing a/c help. Thanks Wade and Travis!

I had a brand new air conditioner installed in Sept 2019. It has failed twice now since then. I called them on the second failure on Oct 7, 2020 and they inform me that their warranty is only for one year and many parts are not covered. Compare that with a GREAT company (I won't name them in this bad review) who installed a air conditioner unit at my second home which had a 10 year parts and labor warranty. Do not use this company, if only for the fact that they installed a unit that has now failed twice. UPDATE: Another serice company came out and said that the installer had put a wet/rusted (probably in the rain before they installed) circuit breaker on the unit. The circuit breaker isn't even required per code because the house circuit breaker is right next to the unit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
We knew our AC system was on its last leg, and so it was no surprise when the system failed on a very hot June day. From past experience, we knew that we wanted Lennox equipment, so we looked for a Lennox Premier dealer in our area. We contacted two companies, and both were fairly quick to come out. We expected the estimates to be similar, so we planned to make the decision based on things other than cost. The estimate from The Service Gurus seemed fairly reasonable (everything cost a little more than what you expect), but when the second company gave me an estimate for nearly twice the cost, cost became a big issue. Note that the estimate was for exactly the same equipment (same part numbers throughout). Based on both cost and Wade's professionalism, treatment (no hard sell), and five star reviews, we went with The Service Gurus. We could not have made a better decision. The installers showed up the next morning right on time, and the installation was completed that afternoon. Shannon and Kurt were knowledgeable and committed to get the job done and get it done right. Additionally, they were cognizant of the social distancing issues we are all going through, and we felt safe around them. And, as expected, the system is quietly cooling and dehumidifying our home as well as we could expect in the Florida summer. We shouldn't have waited for our old system to fail. We highly recommend The Service Gurus.
So appreciative for the professionalism, timeliness and most importantly follow through of our two A/C Unit installations. Really refreshing to deal with people where above and beyond are considered a part of normal operating procedures.
I truly can't say enough about the level of service I received. Wade is one of the nicest and most polite humans you will ever meet. I needed an entire new A/C unit and he walked me through the entire process, answering every question I had. He even helped me through the financing process. Once I was approved, my new A/C was installed the next day. If you are looking for a company that values their clients and believes in top-notch customer service, look no further.

He showed true professionalism, did a great job installing our tank less water heater, answered questions and explained the new system. I would recommend The Service Gurus to anyone looking for an honest company, that will complete your job on time and correct.
Absolute perfection. From scheduling for a quote, to Paul who came out and gave me the quote, to Kim over the phone, every one was prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to take care of me and the re-plumbing of my home. Came home to a busted water heater. Called the Gurus, well, it was after 6 so they couldn't get to me that evening. They gave me the name of a Plumber that was 24 hrs. I thanked them and got off the phone. How remarkable they were willing to lose service rather than ask me to wait for the next day. This was such good karma that I immediately called them back. I told him I could make do without hot water that night, could they get me tomorrow. He said they were really packed with plumbing calls but that he would have his scheduler call me when she got in at 7. They called at 7:15 and told me they had to rearrange some calls but they could get to me in 45 minutes if I could meet them at the house. Big shout out to Paul, excellent plumber. Very friendly and explained to me exactly what he was going to be doing. Cleaned up well afterwards. Fantastic quick job. They will be my goto plumber from here on.
We’ve been very happy with The Service Gurus. They have gone out of their way to provide excellent service! They were awesome about working with our home warranty company and even helped us out with a $500 rebate from the gas company when we installed a new air/heating system! Highly recommend them!!
