Charged us $300 to come out a "fix our AC" only to find out, THEY DIDN'T INSTALL IT CORRECTLY", oh and now they won't refund us our money because "there's no way to prove how it broke". You think we dug up the pipe and disconnected it? NO THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. The guy, Edward, just keeps trying to pass us along to someone else to deal with so he doesn't have to do anything.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Made an appointment on Wednesday to have my AC checked Thursday. Would not give me a time window just said they would call when they were close. Had my phone next to me waiting all day and was at home all day for them to show. Called at 5pm to make sure they were still coming and they said yes but had no idea what time. Didnt get a call until 6pm which I missed giving my baby a bath. Called back, no answer. Waited 10 minutes and called them again. no answer. No one ever showed up at my house. (double checked my doorbell camera to make sure) Get a text from the tech that they will call me back. At this point I didnt get a call until 8pm. I asked him if we could reschedule for tomorrow since it is so late and I have small children sleeping. He said yes he will put a note in and they will come tomorrow but to call the office in the morning to make sure they see the note. I call the office in the morning. The woman tells me no they will not come today, and that the tech showed up at my door according to the notes (he did not, as I even double checked my cameras once i got off the phone with her). I explain he didnt call me back until after 8pm yesterday and that he told me they will come today and that he also never showed up at my door. She gave me attitude and said no they can either come Monday or I would have to pay an extra fee to have them come tomorrow (saturday) since its the weekend (even though the tech specifically told me they could come today). No apology for wasting my day. No apology for the lies of showing up at my house even though he did not, or the fact that I was promised someone would come today. So not only was I lied to stating they would be able to come today, but also wasted my whole day Thursday waiting for a tech to show up that never even showed up at my house. Chris was on time, polite, efficient and very informative. I appreciate their service and recommend them to others.
$310 for a $20 capacitor plus $90 diagnostic fee, which was expected. Parts were supposed to be included with the 10yr warranty.
Our technician, Ernie, did a great job of keeping us informed of what the issues were & what he was doing to correct the problems. He also let us know what the charges would be before he processed the repairs which was greatly appreciated! Our appreciation goes out to Ernie & the rest of the team at AC Designs!!
Technician LJ, performed an excellent precision tune-up checklist procedure. I was impressed with his work ethic and dedication.
Ignacio was so professional and informative! He explained the way that the A/C filter works and the UV light kit and was very efficient. It was a pleasure doing business and Ignacio made me want to use this company again!
5 /15/23 BILLY Came out today from st Augustine and was on time and very informative .I didn't have any work done but I will be in the future. I cant thank him enough for his professionalism and knowledge on what I need to have done before I can move forward. We have used these guys before and will continue to use them.

This is my second consecutive year since I bought my house. I am very satisfied with their service. A/C Designs was recommended by a friend who works in the industry after I had a bad experience with another provider. This has been a total different experience thanks God!
We have been using AC designs for the last 2 1/2 years. I have only had excellent service from them. We are on their semi annual maintenance plan and they are always on time. Their service technicians are all very well trained and have full certifications for air-conditioning and heating. Last summer we had a problem with our air conditioning and they were out to repair it for us in less than twelve hours. The latest technician who came to do service was named Kris. He was the best so far and I have requested him to service our air conditioner from now on. In summary, I am very happy with the service I receive from AC Designs located on Agricultural Center Drive in Saint Augustine.
Purchased a home a couple of years ago and this company installed the units. Poor job was done, we have a hard time just inserting the air filters because they didn't raise the coils 1 inch like they were supposed to. The pipes running sideways and across instead of down and outside so it gets clogged up and drains back into the house, carpet saturated because they also did not place the drip pan under the unit the right way. Poor workmanship. Don't use them if you don't have to. If you do get someone to check the work or else you will be stuck.
Do not use AC Designs. They sabotage your units. I had a technician come out. They disconnected my high voltage relay and sabotaged the capacitor. Then told me I needed a new unit. I called Fenwick. They recognized the sabotage. Reconnected the high voltage relay and replaced the capacitor. And the unit worked to manufacturer’s specifications. House is extremely cold. While AC Designs was counseling me to get a new unit.
The team did a great job and Chris was very detailed and thorough.
My technician Tyler was very professional, friendly and efficient in getting my two systems maintained for the summer. He also had to replace a part on one unit and had the part needed available on his truck. I'm extremely happy with AC Designs.
AC Designs sends professional , experienced technicians. The service was thorough and reviewed with me before he finished his visit. I feel confident my ac will work great through the upcoming summer heat!
Excellent service. Sales guy Rob was very honest and professional. And didn't try to just make a sale. He looked out for us immensely. He was able to get us a full new unit installed very next day in hot Florida. Can't rave enough that k you rob and ac design
Had them replace my 3 ton HVAC system. Rob quoted me a reasonable price. Tron and Eddie did a great job with the installation. They ran into a challenge replacing the copper pipe due to the design of my house but did not give up and found a way to get the job done. I appreciate everyone involved being invested in doing things right.
Used AC Design to replace my HVAC system, from Billy the estimator to Collon and Harry the installers all were extremely professional. I was given multiple options on replacement units and great follow up from the office on setting up an install date Billy the sales rep pointed out flaws in my current system that need to be upgrade that the other sales guys missed. Collon and Harry did an excellent, fast and efficient job with the install. Highly recommend giving them a chance.
