Excellent with courteous service and professionalism. Being a Vet, I noticed his Marines Corps bracelet and it's always great to deal with a fellow Vet. You know if they take the Prideful step to serve Our country they will do the same with you, and my service was Outstanding. I highly recommend this company and this Marines service technician.
Red (Technician) was very knowledgeable about what was needed to get the job done. He went beyond to reassure me that I would be pleased after the job was completed.
I contacted this company to come to my residence and give me an estimate to fix my hvac system. They were prompt and came out to look at my system. After diagnosis, the tech said they probably wouldn't do the repair work to my hvac system , because they had to go under the house. The tech then said he wanted $139 for the diagnosis. I said , nothing was mentioned about a service fee , when I booked the appointment. Eventually I called the company for clarification and they connected me to a manager , who just ended up yelling at me through the phone. Won't be calling these guys again , and neither will all the people I tell.
Facemyer was one of three AC companies I called to get service, since my AC went out. They were the first to answer the call and scheduled a same day appointment. They were earlier than expected which is awesome in this hot weather. Our technician Mr. Red, was very knowledgeable, professional, quick to fix our unit & price was affordable. He gave us some tips and told us about some membership they had, which could save me money down the road. So my AC unit decided to stop cooling around 11pm on a Sunday night. I called first thing Monday morning expecting to have to wait until Tuesday or Weds to have someone come take a look. Was told that a tech could come out Monday evening between 6 pm and 8 pm. Got a call around 2 pm saying they had a tech in the area who was available to come out now. The tech was very professional and polite during the visit. He diagnosed a bad capacitor and had it replaced and the system up and running in less than an hour. He spent time explaining the numbers on his gauges and the overall health of my old system. I am very pleased with the company and the tech. Will be calling them again soon as its about time to replace our unit. It's a 20 yr old Trane system. Hopefully I can get 6- 9 more months out of it and can replace in the cooloer weather.
My AC stopped, I call the next day on Friday morning they got here at 2 pm, and he was great came in and figured out the problems and got it going in same hour, very happy and will use them from now on.
AC blowing regular air . Frozen .Cory checked all AC. Found dead critter on some board. AC worked now but need new board. They ordered one. Great job. Earl

Facemayer installed a new HVAC system in my home in early 2022, the techs were first rate and fast. Did a complete replacement in 4 hours. It is a year later and I have had no problems with the new system. I intend to continue with them this year to do maintenance.

Our AC stopped cooling on a 93 degree day in “Florida “. I called Facemyer and they were on-site with a complete repair done and done right within a matter of hours same day. We have used Facemyer for the past ten years, they are always courteous, on time, and are knowledgeable. They installed one of our units when we put an addition on our house and we have used them ever since. They offer contracts to service our units twice a year for reasonable prices and are pleased with their work.
