Did not receive a receipt and the technician took my old part
I called Sun City Heating and Air in the morning and they were able to provide a same day service call. The technician that came out, Dominick was communicative before he arrived about his timeline, extremely professional and transparent about the work he was doing on the unit, and resolved the issue quickly! I will definitely call again when needed in the future.
Dominick was the best technician I have seen service an AC unit. Very thorough. He did work that previous technicians didn’t do. (And that’s because I stand there and watch them.) Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will personally ask for him next time I need my AC unit serviced.
I came to Deltona from WPB a three hour Drive and my mothers AC Unit stopped working. I won’t lie I called around for a visit less than $125.00 diagnostic fee, but Sun City heating was the only one able to come last min and Dominick was super kind and patient with my mothers indecisiveness and questions. (That alone was worth so much.) A thorough check was made, and we signed up for the year service plan because of how patient and thorough Dominic was with my mother. Thank you Dominick!

My air went out after hours called Sun City Heating & Air Company, Dominick showed up in a timely manner even earlier then what was quoted. He was extremely professional, proficient in his explanations, and provide superb service.
When I got home a little after 530pm I realized my a/c was not working as the whole house was hot. I found Sun City through Google and decided to give them a call. Dominick was able to make it out within an hour and a half of calling. He got right to work on arrival and identified the issue was a bad capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned my air filters. He explained the whole process to me and showed me the old capacitor. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for HVAC service. I will definitely be using them again.
Our nephew recommended them and they fit us in for a service call the day we called. Our 15 year old unit was in need of replacement. Quotes for varying levels of units were worked up and sent that evening. The units were ordered the next day and installed the next. They took their time to install according to code and above, leaving things neat and tidy. They’ve been quick to respond to any questions we’ve had about our new energy efficient system. Hardest working service I have ever worked with. Price was what I had expected for a new dual system without expressing that number to them. Very pleased!
They came to our rescue after dealing with a company that did not serve us right on our AC Unit. Dominick is extremely knowledgeable, professional, very honest and hard working. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend.

I was very pleased with their work. They were professional and courteous. They called before arriving they came in. Did the work and cleaned up everything after they were done.The work showed quality and pride in what they did.
Alex and the rest of the staff at Sun City Heating and Air have never let me down, and the recent installation of our new A/C system was no exception! When our old A/C unit started blowing warm air, they came out within an hour and quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, the compressor was shot, which was not a big surprise as the system was over 15 years old. They explained the different options to me, but since the system was older, I decided to replace the entire system rather than just the compressor. Of course, this happened at the end of the day on a Friday, and since it's a busy time of year for A/C companies, I was expecting several days of suffering before a new system could be installed. To my delight, they told me that they could install a brand new system that Sunday! They came out and installed the new system, including replacement of the refrigerant and condensate piping. As usual, they were on time, extremely professional, and reasonably priced, especially for weekend work. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any A/C service or installation!
