My AC on my townhouse broke this past weekend and of course when it started to get 90+ outside. I had one company come out and assess my outside unit and tell me I needed a new compressor and motor or to buy a new unit altogether. After not being ok with that answer i kept calling all local ac companies in my area. All of them wanted to charge a fee to come out and assess or just push me to buy a unit. From the minute I called Roe I knew he was going to be my savior. He took the time on the phone to give me my options and was able to come out the next day. He truly believes in repairing and not replacing, he saved my thousands of dollars and I cannot thank this man enough for helping me through a stressful time. Thank you ROE!

Had them out to service my unit a few months ago. Robert was kind, straightforward & showed me what he was doing & why. The only thing that ticked me off was that their website lists service visits as $49, but he charged me $65. Beware of the costs if you use them & DO YOUR RESEARCH!
