Had to have my hot water heater replaced. Received a quote over the phone for the unit, removal and haul off of the old unit and install of the new unit on Friday. I told them I'd talked it over with my husband and call back. Which I did on Monday and was told they could do it the next day, Tuesday! The plumber, Matt who came out was wonderful. Great communication, polite and clean. He answered all my questions and offered great advice on another issue I asked him about. With that advice my husband was able to fix the problem. He also loved my chilli which I gave him for lunch. I will be calling them again to look over my a/c unit. Thank you Elemental team, I will recommend to others.
Great service, very courteous, honest and reliable. Came out fast to fix our issue and checked back on us to make sure all was well. Highly recommend!!
Elemental AC are very responsive and professional. I have scheduled an appointment with Elemental for my AC which was not cooling and the technician came on same day in 30 minutes. He quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it. Exceptional service!!

Called for service in March on a 6 year old Trane system. Tech claimed the coil had a leak. Agreed to have warranty service completed and the coil was replaced. System has not worked correctly since. Have made repeated calls and sent e-mails with no response. With no response, contracted another company to service. During inspection it was discovered that Elemental tech did not reinstall the TXV valve when coils were replaced. Look elsewhere if you want honest and quality work.
Scheduled an appointment with this company regarding a time sensitive project. They had a great price. However they no show, no called on the day of the appointment and haven't returned my 3 voicemails or answered once in my 5 calls attempts. Very poor customer service and dependability.
May 27, 2021. I called Elemental Plumbing. They had a cancellation and Matt showed up in one-hour. He was professional, polite and did a great job for me! I wll use them again for sure. : ) Five-Stars!!!
I came to Elemental Plumbing side of the house via word of mouth and they did not disappoint. My water main had broke at the meter due to a tree root growing around it and putting pressure. Not only did they show up on time, they went to work on a solution right away. They put in the hard work to create the solution and came in at a price a lot less than originally quoted. Recommended!
Mike, the technician, who came to perform an annual preventative maintenance on my unit was knowledgeable, professional and on time. He answered all my questions and concerns. He did a great job and I will definitely call again.
My A/C unit completely shut off on me I had no idea what was wrong with my unit. I spoke with Tom who was very nice and pleasant and he sent Mike to complete the services. Mike was very punctual, professional, and kind. He looked into the warranty of my a/c unit and was able to help get me back and running with a/c in this hot Florida weather. I was completely satisfied with all my services I received from Elemental Air-conditioning. I will definitely be using their services again if needed.
He took care of everything in a timely manner. Very polite and very responsive and very professional. No point was there ever conversation of selling me anything. He took care of the problem on an old system. When I am ready to replace my AC, I will be calling elemental air conditioning. And I’ll be looking for Michael to be the guy.

Scheduled a tune up and Mike was the service tech. He showed up actually early which was nice. He did a thorough job of inspecting and cleaning my A/C unit. I found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. I would certainly recommend Elemental Air Conditioning to anyone. They did a superior job of service and was very honest with me as to what I needed for my unit. Great job! Five stars!!!
I called up Elemental Air to have my annual AC Preventative Maintenance (PM) performed. They responded very quickly to my request for service. I had to reschedule due to a conflict on my part And they were very accommodating. The day of service, Mike (tech) called when he was on the way & arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional. He gave me my PM options as this was the 1st time I was using Elemental Air. He inspected & tested the Air Handler, including replacing the UV bulb, and providing a new filter. Then checked the outside Condensing Unit including the refrigerant levels. Upon completion, he let me know that the unit was in good working order. I signed on his phone to verify to service was compete & he explained the billing process. I look forward to seeing Elemental Air again in 6 months for our 2nd visit of our Annual PM and any future AC services we require! I highly recommend this company and was very pleased with the services provided!!!!
