Over the years I’ve called, the Del Air phone system experience does not help their business and is not nearly as good as the service technicians. For example the phones usually don’t get answered quick enough (you can be on hold for many many minutes), scheduling ac visits is error prone and our dispatcher Justeen today was short and unapologetic handling someone else’s prior service failure.
Just had my HVAC system worked on by Nate and Sergio, and let me tell you - their level of professionalism, knowledge, and capability was absolutely outsdanding. These two gentlemen set a high benchmark to which other HVAC technicains should aspire. Thanks Nate and Sergio!!!
Edwardo did a Great Job analyzing and fixing our AC issue. He was able to identify the problem within 45 seconds of getting to the unit. Amazing... Michael Stone provided some additional support, but at the end of the day, Edwardo had us up and running very quickly, and after a night trying to sleep in 87 degree temperatures, it was very much appreciated. Excellent work. Thanks guys.
Roman & Nate were great and nice, they came by for a regular servicing and listened to my concerns and was able to tell me what the issue was along with a solution. They also were able to clear up a nasty clog I had in my drain line and gave me some recommendations on how to keep it from happening. Highly recommend these guys when you need your AC serviced.
I was lucky enough to have JP from Del-Air service my HVAC unit a couple of times over the past 3 years and he always goes above and beyond. Always professional, hard working and kind.
Air was not working right. Called in on one day this week and was told someone would be out the next day. No one came out. I called again around 10 pm and was told they would make me a priority for the next day. The evening of the next day someone came. He did a great job and was very nice but said there was a freon leak in the coil outside and they'd have to replace it. I believe the leak has been there since I moved in as new construction almost 5 years ago. Latest is runaround I'm getting about when they will order the part and replace. I think they are too big. Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. A lot of double talk. Meanwhile, I have to live with 80 degrees in the afternoon and early evenings until they decide to let me know whether they'll be back in days, weeks or months.
I was starting to have some problems with out HVAC unit. We moved into our house a little over a year and a half ago, but I knew that the unit was 20 years old. The representatives that came for my semi-annual maintenance visit (Kieran and Mike) were honest about what problems were starting to occur. Although the unit was not "broken" yet, they showed me what was causing the recent leaks, etc. They did not try to "sell me a new unit," but were open about my future options (after I asked). We explored those options together, and I decided to replace the old unit now (along with the 20-year-old water heater), rather than waiting for the obsolete equipment to die. They presented several options to me, and applied discounts where possible. The agreement we made yesterday evening was followed up by the arrival of a team this morning that removed the old equipment and installed a new "eco-friendly" solution (as agreed upon last night). I was very pleased with the information/options that were given to me, and also with the quick response to minimize our "down time." So far, so good on the installation -- it should be complete in an hour or so. I am a big fan (no pun intended) of the company that provided such dedicated people to help me out. And they managed to save me some bucks in the process! Thank you, Del-Air (and especially Mike and Kieran)!
Worse customer service ever!!! Techs came and inspected AC unit on tuesday evening they found the problem and gave an estimate of cost of labor to replace damaged part however, when I called service department to schedule work order and parts they informed me that I had to wait for them to call me back to receive payment over the phone and order part. Today friday June 30th I'm still waiting for them to return my call to make repairs. I guess they're not to worried about single family homes and just concentrate on big contract for business. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
Del Air is great. Super professional. Excellent quality. It took ages to get someone out for our maintenance contract following installation. With that said, Florida is under a heat dome. There is a severe labor shortage, and there are plenty of folks having actual cooling issues that take precedent to our "service call". Despite all that. Our tech was out on the scheduled day, working well past normal business hours. She was great. And you gotta be grateful to a service provider like that. Especially in this day and age.
It is difficult scheduling for AC maintenance with the office as they give you a 4-Hour window and I found out today that after spending 4 hours in the morning waiting they moved it between 2:00 and 3:00 this afternoon. How do they expect people to block off an entire day on an iffy schedule? With that in mind the service tech by the name of Nate arrived and his visit was one of the best experiences I've had in Orlando with service texts of any sort. He was clean careful with my personal property polite and extremely capable including some good guidance for correct maintenance. You should find a way to clone this guy because he's terrific and maybe the only reason I call delay again for service of any kind.
I bought a new house on Tuesday 6/21 and the first day we moved in it went out. The builders called them to come out and fix the air and they never showed. We called ourselves and they sent someone out Wednesday. They looked at our system and said they needed to order a part and they’ll be back Thursday. Called us Thursday and said they have to reschedule to Friday. Called us again and rescheduled for Monday. The guy came to our house Monday 6/26 at noon and sat in our driveway for 30 minutes and left. We called them after he left to figure out whats going on and we keep getting the run around. They’ve transferred us to supervisor voicemail and nothing. My air is still broken and this Florida heat is no joke. As a new customer I will not recommend them to any one.
Not sure what this guy did he was here for about 20minutes I only seen him pour 2 gallons of water down a pipe I didn’t see him with any tools he didn’t test anything I have seen better because i get maintenance twice a year for the last four years he did communicate about some growth but told me there was nothing he can do about it.6/26/2023

They were able to come to the house the day after my AC went out which was excellent. They took a little more time then expected after I got the call they were on their way. They found the issue quickly and did an overall maintenance check.They fixed a minor problem and in about an hour they were finished. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I thought the bill was reasonable.
Service technician today, and in general, I was very professional and courteous. The only thing I would say to a homeowner or owner of investment property, is to keep track of your service because I have had many missed, but it was always given back to me at a later date.

I used Del Air for spring maintenance on my air conditioner. Because of inclement weather, the technician did not arrive in the time frame given. However, Del Air did stay in communication with me and gave me the option of keeping the appointment open for the same day or making a new appointment. Excellent communication. The technician arrived just as it was about to pour down rain. He did outside maintenance first but apologized for not speaking with us first but he was trying to do it before the lightning. He did an excellent job cleaning the air handler inside and communicated his findings. Very pleasant experience.
Chris came out to perform maintenance on our AC and was great. Took the time to explain what he was doing and what we should do to maintain our system between services. Explained products that would help us in the future and wasn't pushy about them. Great overall experience.
We've been using Delair for 17 years. They were the initial installers in our brand new 2006 Townhouse. They also installed a replacement unit in 2021. We've been happy with Delair over the past 17 years. They stand by their work. Extremely Professional. No complaints. Highly recommend. Eddie and Arlene, Lake Mary, Florida.
Technician was very knowledgeable in diagnosis of the problem with our a/c unit. He was courteous, professional and showed up on time. I like the fact that they called 30 minutes prior to his visit to let me know he was on his way.
