After a very bad experience with a different company. I got ahold of ARS and they came that day and they were efficient and explained things so well. I highly recommend this company.
Rapidly responded to an AC break and AC was back up and running within 48 hours. AC Tech Deshea Brown was very knowledgeable, professional, and effective. Excellent service, excellent people, excellent company.
Called to have a.c looked at and repaired. Tech showed up over a hour late. Then doesn't repair the a.c unit just charges it but says it's repaired and leaves. That was a month ago and my unit still doesn't work. Every time they're scheduled at 8am they arrive after 6pm and try to charge me an emergency fee. Waiting on them again today and nothing. Whenever I call they just say they'll call when they know more.

Approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment, I received a call letting me know that David V., the technician, would be arriving at my house. This level of professionalism and punctuality instantly put my mind at ease. When David arrived, he greeted me with a friendly and professional demeanor. He took the time to ensure that I understood all the fees associated with the service before proceeding with the diagnosis. To my relief, it turned out that the issue was simply a tripped breaker supporting the AC unit, and there was nothing wrong with the system itself. Not only did David resolve the problem efficiently, but he also went above and beyond by patiently explaining his diagnostic process and highlighting areas where my system could be improved. I greatly appreciated his expertise and the fact that he wasn't pushy or trying to upsell additional services. Company trying to get out of repairs on my unit. 8k and my units out of freon after year of unit being replaced. Had them service it within that 1st year now trying to say drain is clogged and that's on me. Company trying to have me pay out of pocket and service manager Brandon was nasty and rude! They sent out a tech who misdiagnosed the issue and I was charged for it then they had to send another tech who supposedly found a leak in freon pipe but couldn't fix it at the moment now waiting 2 more days with hot ac for another tech to show up. Maintenance tech they sent did nothing to service unit now that unit has am issue they are trying to make me pay.
The technician didn't complete a thorough diagnostic, because if he did he would have discovered that the air conditioner capacitor needed replacement. Instead, Dean the technician, stated the blower motor needed replacing which was tremendously more pricey. I got a second opinion from a different company and they took the time to research each air conditioner component and discovered the issue was the capacitor. The other company replaced the capacitor and the air conditioning unit began to operate as normal.
Scheduled 10-2, No Show, No Call. Tech showed up unannounced at 6 today (we’re at the fireworks) 28 hours late. Very disappointed with their scheduling and planning.
Had an AC unit replaced and while there was an issue with the manufacturer not shipping the correct part with the unit, the tech quickly got the correct part from the wear house. Our second AC went out today and they had a tech out to check within 2hr on the 4th of July. Our techs have all been professional and very good at ensuring we are informed of all options before suggesting anything and listening to our feedback on choice. Never pushy and never dismissive when over and will continue to recommend to friends and family.
The tech dean was polite profeesional and very knowledgeable. The rep kyle was also 5 starsnmakes me think that all their employees are rock stars
I have had technicians out 2 times now 1 of witch didn't even do anything. I am now waiting for someone to come fix my ac but the dispatch department has failed to call me since 9am in witch I had an appointment. The service is getting worse as the years go with your company. Also customer service stated there is nothing they can do to help me only email them that's it no body to call.
I called twice to let them know that I won't be home after 5 pm and they decided to sent the tech after 5 pm and now they are sending a bill of $109 when I wasn't even home. They were scheduled to come out between 9 and 1 pm.
When our New Air Conditioner starting blowing hot 2 weeks after being installed ARS sent Clay out to our house the next morning and he went above and beyond to fix the AC and any other problems he found by doing a complete inspection of the whole system. Thank You ARS and Clay for saving the Day!
I must say I am truly appalled by the way this company has dealt with the issue my poor elderly grandmother is dealing with ! She paid for a warranty on this unit and on Sunday June 25th her ac stopped working. My father who always handles these sorts of issues is out of town so unfortunately we have to rely on this company to fix it or he would have resolved it immediately. Well first they send someone out to see what the issue is . Ok it's the motor it went out but now they have to order the part and we have to wait for it to get there ok totally understandable and they say part will be installed Thursday June 29th . Now we're being told part is in but NO ONE IS AVAILABLE FOR INSTALL!! the issue isn't with short staff the issue is if you feel that your company doesn't have enough personnel to do a simple job YOU SHOULD NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS we would have just simply gone with another company or found someone else to resolve the issue. My grandmother is 81 years old with high blood pressure diabetes and other number health conditions she can not be in the heat struggling to do her house work etc for 4 DAYS now !! FLORIDA IS HOT ! If anything happens to my grandmother I will solely put the responsibility on this company and i will not be understanding about it . We have been patient and all we've gotten is the run around and lies in return . The gentleman that spoke to my father was upset about the language he was using Excuse me if you had this kind of service you would be upset as well!!!! We have been very patient now I expect to see some results by FRIDAY even though you guys said MAYBE it's unacceptable!! My father will be in town on Sat and he'll probably get it done quicker if we wait around for you all my grandmother might die !! This is not a joke . ESTHER ECHEVARRIA deserves better and my father Eugenio Roman doesn't need the added stress .
I had an emergency my ac was out all say. I called at about 6pm and they sent someone in less than a hour. Best possible outcome. They were great. The tech was professional and courteous perfect.
Worst experience. There was an issue with my air conditioner, after the visit there was issues with the air conditioner and the thermostat. He recommended me to pretty much change everything, and installed the thermostat improperly making the device overheating, which wasn't happening before.
My technician was very professional and honest. His name was Dean. He spent the time explaining to me what my options were and did not rush me at all. He was very neat and did clean up after himself after doing the tune up on my air conditioning system. He arranged a free estimate on Monday. I will definitely use Dean again. He's a great technician to have.
I purchased through a very good sales person a brand new unit and got it installed in May 31 of 2022, $8K! One year and a few days later my AC was not coming on due to an error message in the Nest. They came out 8 hours later pass the appointment time and said everything tasted fine! Just needed to unclog some water and all other measurements were fine which I expected being that the unit is 1 yr old! It worked for one day! Called them back again, made it pass the appointment time again! And said that the nest was messed up. So they installed a new one and still not cooling. So he installed it and put the old one back and said might be a leak! But just 2 days prior there was no leak! Dude left without fixing anything and now they want to charge me to come out again for the 3rd time this week and make me pay for a leak search! Dispatcher people so unprofessional! The service is aweful and 5 days later they cant even find out what is wrong with the brand NEW $8 UNIT!
Everything has been great with this company! From the service call on my old a/c system to selecting a new system and thru the installation, ARS has been professional, on time, and totally committed to high standards performing their work. My experience has been great and I will soon have them upgrade my old electrical panel! I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC electrical needs!
Kenny came out to complete my yearly service check( system maintenance). He was very professional and knowledgeable as always. He answered all the questions I had and give me tips and service I could use to help my unit stay running well.
We purchased our A/C unit about 2 years ago through rescue rooter. The worst decision ever. 2 weeks after install, it broke. A year later, it was 3 pounds low of free on... no leak though, but we had to pay $600.... a few months later, broken again.. had to call them out for a bad part... fast forward to today, broken again. I've never in my life had an air conditioning unit break so many times. Not to mention them charging us when they were at fault for the free on not being full. Please take my advice and call someone else. These people are just trying to take your money. And on top of all of this, we signed up for their maintenance package, they just came out a few weeks ago and serviced our unit.... tried to get us to do a coil clean out for $300 or put a light in there to keep bacteria growing, that one was $700 plus..... seriously... now I sit here with my kids in this heat... I am sure that when ARS comes, they'll quote me again for some astronomical number that we have to pay to fix a 2 year old unit that's already been fixed 3 tines now....
