My a/c went out on Friday afternoon. I called Harrison Hardy and a technician was here within an hour. Adam assessed the situation, had the drain cleaned and my a/c running in 45 minutes. Adam was polite and professional. He even shared some tips to avoid the same thing from happening again.
Adam let us know he was on the way and arrived as scheduled. He completed the semiannual maintenance courteously and professionaly. When the work was completed we made sure we were satisfied and had no further questions.
Showed up on time and let me know what was problem that needed fixing. Took pictures for close up of situation. Worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up area. Thanks Chris

Adam was great! Ac wasn’t able to keep our house cool. He came out on the same day I called and fixed it in about 20 minutes. He explained the common issues I might see in my unit at the age it is and told me what he was fixing. Best service out there.

I had a new ac and ductwork installed by another company 3 years ago and have had constant problems and an inability to keep my house cool. Rob came out last week and found an installation error that caused all my refrigerant to leak out. He repaired the botched install, recharged the refrigerant, and adjusted the fan and it is now working better than the day it was installed. I’ve been through a few hvac companies trying to solve this problem but I’ll be using Harrison Hardy exclusively from now on. I couldn’t be happier, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
