The service was good, but Conway seems to just be a broker and subs out the work. The price was very high. About $500 for one hour and no parts were needed.

I found this company and less than 4 hours later, my A/C is back up & running! The technician was very polite, and informed me about the issues about how to maintain my H VAC going forward. This was my first time ever needing the services of an H VAC repair company and I feel fortunate to have had such a great experience right off the bat! Thank you, highly recommended!!
We were very impressed with all aspects of the installation of our new heat pump and can recommend Conway Pumps without reservation. The attention to detail was superb with all the old materials removed from the site and the work area thoroughly vacuumed and left immaculate. We will most certainly deal with them next time we install a heat pump.

Just had air conditioning installed into a 50 year old house. Conway Air Conditioning Cooling Service did a great job. They faced several issues due to prior work done by previous owners. They kept me well informed and worked out great solutions. Looking forward to a more comfortable summer and will be gladly calling this company regarding maintenance.
Very friendly and easy to set up an appointment. We had our furnace serviced which ended up needing a valve replaced. A few days later we discovered a faint gas smell. When we called Conway Air Conditioning Cooling Service, they were genuinely concerned - they came out the next day to check, which turned out to be safe. We were pleased with their service and will use them again.
Beginning with the estimate that was provided by Conway Air and ending with the installation by Mike and his crew, the whole process was professional and timely. The estimate was priced right and well below what I experienced elsewhere. I am sitting in my new air conditioning right now and it is wonderful.

Conway Air Conditioning Cooling Service technicians did an excellent job installing my AC unit. They were prompt, friendly, professional, hard working and left the area they worked cleaner than they found it. They took their time to explain how our unit works and made sure we were satisfied. I would definitely recommended them.
Had a time sensitive job that they assured me that they could do. The tech they assigned to me decided he couldn't do it at the last minute and they cancelled the job. Now I'm scrambling to find someone else to do it before my visitors arrive.
