Best service! Happy you're staying with Kings Point
Never used this service and I keep getting calls from them even after I told them I don't want or need their services
They have very hard work and the staff in the office are very polite. And I'm not just saying that because my husband works there
Will never use there service again or recommend them. Poor service, failed to commit to schedule. Waisted my time. Install water heater, failed to set water temperature. Cold water on 60 degrees.
Had outside faucets and shutoff replaced. Excellent service. Very nice employees and exactly what we wanted at a good price.

Answered the phone on the first call and scheduled an appointment for the following day to fix the fan motor in the refrigerator. The technician was well dressed and polite. They had the repair parts and fixed immediately. I have nothing bad to say about them. They did good work.,
Inspected for repair; rude secretary demanded that the resident be there between 12 AM and 5AM for the repair. I as a renter was told I did not have to be there by the repairman. Company changed appointment and never explained that there was liability and that someone had to be there-the unit is outside. Secretary acted as a spoiled brat and couldn't explain any reason why. They made a contact to repair and within 24 hours cancelled. Don't waste your time! QUALITY: Maybe you will learn one day: Next time you make an appointment, remember, your contract is good for 30 days...and can be liable for any damages if cancelled before the work is started or done. Hence, your understanding of fairness and the law have no basis for your attitude of an unjustified cancellation of any confirmed appointment you have made! Learn the fair trade act and the liability of contract law.

I am actually ashamed that I even have to give this place a star... They did not do a good job at all. u_u The problem was NOT fixed, the repair guy they sent out had a major attitude problem about everything, he acted like he didn't want to be here and hated his job or something, he was VERY rude and disrespectful toward me. It was really upsetting. Very unprofessional! I recommend going anywhere else but here for your repairs. I promise this is a completely honest review based on my own experience with them. If you hire them, you will regret it. Don't do it. You're actually better off just fixing it yourself, like I did after they left. What a waste of time and money!
