Very prompt and responsive. Came out on a weekend, in the rain, diagnosed the problem, repaired it quickly, charged a very fair price. Would definitely use this company again.
The repairmen were fast and efficient. They came when they said they would. They were very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.
I highly value honesty, as well as good quality workmanship. Air Repair embodies both of these. I had an issue with my A/C. I called Air Repair and they were out in a very reasonable amount of time. Because my unit is nearly 20 years old I thought I was in for a costly unit replacement. After just a few minutes they had diagnosed the problem. It was a simple switch. My unit was repaired and back in business in less than 30 minutes. They could have told me it was not worth repairing and sold me a expensive unit replacement, but they didn't. They are going to be honest with you. My unit has not had any more issues since that repair. Thanks Air Repair!

My husband was in the hospital with Covid, and I returned home from a long day at work to find that my air conditioner was not working. I wanted to cry because it was a Friday night after 8 PM, and I thought no company would come until at least the next day or maybe until Monday. However, I called Air Repair HVAC, and the owner of the company answered and said he would come right over. The lines were clogged, but he fixed the problem and I HAD COLD AIR ONCE AGAIN! I strongly recommend this company because they care about the customer's needs.

My technicians name was Kenny, first of all a relentless worker, second, he never stopped until he found the problem and fixed it! I have never had a company or person go this far out of their way to make my family comfortable. Our house is sitting pretty at 75 degrees and we all thank you for your hard work and dedication. These guys are AMAZING. Very informative and professional. They could have easily charged me an arm and leg for the repair I needed on my AC unit (Very simple fix) but they came out in a timely manner and were nice enough to just educate me on my problem and fixed it free of charge. These days it’s hard to come by companies like this. Usually we would call Simpson Air who’s prices are simply ridiculous all the time. Air Repair will be my new go to for AC concerns. Frank came into my home and completely misdiagnosed. He also overcharged my unit and had to have another company come out and remove all the extra coolant that he put in. Do not reccomend this company at all. Frank is a fraud and scams money out of single mothers.
Good guys! Our entire system went out over the 4th. They worked with our home warranty company and promptly delivered an entire new system and spent two days in the grueling heat of our attic to get us up and running again. We are grateful for the great job and to have cool air once again.
Our home’s AC broke just before July 4th, and we were planning to host. Frank got to us fast and got the AC back up and running in time to cool the house back down for the event. I would say without exaggeration that this awesome crew saved the holiday for us.

You bet I'll call Air Repair again! After Irma and no power for 4 days, ECM (blower motor) failed. Tech arrived two hours after I called on an extremely busy Saturday. They even checked my A/C warranty and parts were covered. They are honest, dependable, trustworthy, accurate and thorough. I was wowed by the low cost. If you can take my word for it, you'll save a lot of time consumed by asking friends and trying out A/C repair companies. Go with this team!
