My upstairs unit stopped working so I called Hank's Heating & Cooling and Chris was able to come to my house on an emergency visit. He did some troubleshooting and was able to diagnose to a bad capacitor. Identified problem and fixed in less than 30 minutes. AC back up and running. Not only was Chris a good technician but he's a true gentleman and professional. Great Service....My AC guy moving forward....
The A/C was no cooling. I called them, and He scheduled an immediate appointment for me. The service was outstanding, Chris ( the technitian) explained everything step by step, and the pricing was within my budget. "If you are not cool, we are not cool." Thank you, Chris. These guys were called by my management company to come out and get me back up and running. It was 87 in the house. They came in around an hour, diagnosed it, got the bid over and as soon as it was approved, they ran and got the TXV and were back. Fixed and cool. Great service and attitude, empathized with our situation and worked to resolve it asap. Much appreciated.
Hanks provided prompt, efficient, professional service. My AC had to be replaced, Hanks was called and my problem was SOLVED!!!! New AC working on POINT!!!! Thanks Again!!!!
I can always appreciate great service but there is more to be said about service that is well beyond the "just ok " point. Chris and his crewmen at Hanks Heating & Cooling were not only prompt, prepared, and professional... They were also efficient and astute in the level of attention to detail concerning their work. I couldn't be more pleased with the decision I made to call Hank's heating and cooling. Mr. Chris (the technician/owner) was AMAZING... His customer service and attention to detail just won him a customer for LIFE!! And on top of all of that he saved me and my family HUNDREDS of dollars from previous quotes we had received. If you are looking for someone for your cooling and heating needs do yourself a favor and call the professionals at Hank's heating and cooling. My AC unit failed over the easter weekend. On Saturday Chris from Hanks diagnosed the problem and by Monday had a new air handler installed with minimal down time and fuss. Highly recommend this AC service company.

Very professional company whom personalized my needs and price range. This company came into my home and evaluated my needs in air conditioning. Although my original unit was outdated (23 yrs. old) the technician walked me through my basic need for central air/heat with the purchase of another unit. This Technician installed my unit and my house was cool within hours, even stayed to ensure the unit was running properly. I'm a well satisfied customer that'll tell two friends and then two more friends about this great company! The personalized experience was beyond and above Total Customer Satisfaction! Replaced entire HVAC system and upgraded from a two to a three ton updated system which is extremely energy efficient, after completion cleaning entire site. Very professional !
