Today I was at the Home Depot looking to fix something for my house in the plumbing section when one of your workers ( couldn't get his name) was absolutely unjustifiably rude to the Home Depot worker that was helping him over a single fitting he then proceeded to say and I quote "That's why you work at Home Depot and I am a plumber you don't know your stuff". If that's how you going to treat somebody who's trying to help you can only imagine how he treats people he's helping absolutely would not recommend
Emergency services after the hurricane and these guys crushed it, reasonably priced, transparent, honest and reliable. They’ve earned my business as long as Dustin is running the show! Such a stand up guy and the tech assigned to do the repairs was professional and super friendly A++
They didn’t meet my expectations. I’d make sure the sales guy writes the service in great detail so there’s no misunderstanding before you get him a dime. Upper staff don’t call you back either.
I had Heatwave Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing my AC today. They are the best. They came right away and had it up and running in no time. They charge very reasonable prices and don't try to rob you. this is the second time they have worked on AC and I will definitely call them next time I need service or repairs.
I will never use another company. They were on time, very professional and very thorough. They fixed the problem both times and my AC was perfect again. Your staff is amazing and communicative. Above all, it is an honest company.
They did a check-up on my system and installed a new Nest. They were very friendly and explained what they were doing during the tour. Was a quick and smooth process. Will use them again for future needs!
They were friendly and knowledgeable. Great schedule and information. They checked with the technician and then told us to switch off the unit to avoid further damage. Fixed our AC in about an hour. He taught us how to use our system most efficiently and effectively. Much appreciate your work and your great team feedback!
I recommend HeatWave heating, cooling and plumbing. After getting a quote from another company, I called Heatwave Heating and they were able to come out the same day and diagnose the problem correctly for a significantly lower quote than the other company. They repair immediately. They are very patient and professional, answering all my questions. Please, don't hesitate to call them for all your HVAC needs.

Heatwave Heating, Cooling and Plumbing has been my AC company for 2 years. They've been there through AC replacements, hurricanes, water heater replacements, and most recently a lightning strike. Your quick response and attention to detail uncovered a problem that saved not only me but many neighbors, possibly thousands. I recommend them defiantly.

They installed the unit but never returned to do the duct work on one side of home. They constantly lied about scheduling to comeback but never showed up. At the point I’m frustrated and at a loss of $1600 plus tax for the additional ductwork and return airflow
Fast and friendly, Reasonable pricing excellent service. Probably the nicest and honest ac company I've ever used. 10/10 would recommend
