WOW!!!! I had many different repairs from the Hurricane. Temp patrol was the only company that did not cause me any stress and actually was very helpful. Jeremey is a shining star by far. His honesty is A++++. He rocks!
Anyone having issues with their AC system should contact Rob at Temperature Patrol! Rob is trustworthy! #1 quality!!!! We don't know anything about AC and another company came out telling us we're best off to replace the whole unit - an $11,000 deal! That didn't seem right as the unit is only 5 years old. Called Rob and for $1,500 we're rocking and rolling with A/C. Thank you Rob!!!
The gentleman that came to my house was very knowledgeable and professional. He put us at ease knowing what the issue was and knew how to solve it. He is funny, caring and did not try to take advantage of us like many of his competitors have tried. An lastly my wife has not complained since the repair has been done. Lol

WOW, Ron and his son saved the day! First, my air was blowing warm air and I woke up at 1 a.m. to a 90 degree house. Called many companies first thing in the morning and Ron said 12:30-2. Therefore I continued to call other companies and found someone around 11 a.m. Ron shows up at 10 a.m. and I told him sorry but I have someone on the way. Ron said do you mind if I take a look at it...Long story short, Ron found the problem, tested the unit and would not accept money!!! He said I was kicking him off the property anyways, LOL. I don't write many reviews but this one NEEDED to be done. 100%, I will use Temperature Patrol (Ron) in the Future!
Fast, friendly, and to the point.
I had an issue that developed with my air handler in the garage. I checked on google for a good and reputable service company, and came across this company, with all these great reviews. By the way this is Sunday evening. I thought I would give a call and possibly leave a VM. Come to my surprise a young lady addressed the phone. I was able to setup an appointment for Monday am between 8 and 5, with a 30 minute advance call. Monday at about 8 am I received a call that the tech is on the way. A gentleman by the name of Jeremy introduced himself, and after a couple of minute conversation I felt like I’ve known Jeremy for a longtime. Told him my issue with the unit, he said I will take a look at it. I went in the house to finish my chore and I hear a door knock. I walkout and he fixed the issue. Not just a real nice guy, but a great tech. IF THEY HAD A 10 STAR RATING. I WOULD GIVE IT TO THEM.
Finally found a GREAT family owned company that does not try to up sale you or insist on new equipment we did not need! Refreshingly professional, on time, fixed the issue and great value!
Jeremy was efficient and quick! Had our A/C repaired quickly.
These guys are great, called late in the evening because AC had stopped. They worked for a longtime trying to get my compressor to work but it was shot. They installed a new one the next day. Thanks, Scott

I have had their service for 2 years and am on their service plan which I highly recommend! My air conditioner went out last night around 9:30, I text them, and they were here first thing in the morning to fix it. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and know what they are doing, yet always budget friendly and don’t try and sell me parts I don’t need. If you are in need of a great company to service your air container, please give them a call. You will not be disappointed.
Let me start off with I never write reviews. The right service people are hard to find. Honesty and doing the right thing is so important. Temperature patrol are the people you want to do business with. I will only call these folks for my a/c and heating need. The tech they sent out was a Honest and a gentleman and did great work. Temperature Patrol is awesome! Our hvac is older and needed several repairs. Fast, responsive, and they were able to quickly diagnose and fix our hvac both times it had issues. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to neighbors!

I highly recommend Temperature Patrol. Totally professional response from Jenny responding to my service request through Jeremy performing the maintenance visit. With Jenny matching another company's price for a tune up to Jeremy matching this price on future visits, I've found a company that stands heads above anyone else in the area. Granted they reduced their price on my maintenance request, but they now have a customer for life.
Called and they came out the same day. Rob diagnosed the unit and had it fixed asap. . Very professional, very honest which is very refreshing . I highly recommend them.
