Prior to getting in contact with Birch's we had a different company come out, provided us a quote. Absolutely insane the amount they wanted to fix our ac. Could have purchased a new unit. Keep in mind our unit is less than 4 years old and we have a warranty. Thankfully we were able to get in contact with Birch's Air.... Absolutely amazing! Came out the same day... on a holiday! Kevin was so kind, thorough, professional, honest... I could go on and on. Provided us a quote which was about a quarter of the price of the other company. Tech came out the next day who was also amazing and fixed everything! I'm absolutely blown away with how amazing this company is, how wonderful the employees are. It's hard to find good companies who are honest and don't try to rip people off.... Birch's Air is absolutely the way to go. We will never use another company again.
I arrived home from a trip to find my central air conditioning was not working and the temperature in the house 93 degrees. Even though it was after 6 pm and the day before a holiday, Kevin came out within 15 minutes of being called and fixed my air conditioner. Excellent service…I highly recommend!
Kevin is the man! Birch’s has a great crew of guys working with them. They are professional and actually show up to work. We have used them for a couple repairs and projects without any complaints. We’ll continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend them.

Alex, Kevin, and Sarah are all so wonderful. I was recommended to contact them to service my AC unit and they came out next day, completely serviced the unit, were extremely punctual and polite. Then, when I had an issue arise by no fault of their own the next morning they came back out and solved it at no added cost. I will always be using their services for my AC.

Sanitizing the air conditioning ductwork. Came on time. Showed the same professionalism that earned my trust for thirty years, since they installed the Air system. They have maintained it, cleaned it, replaced old parts and have kept our home safe, comfortable and clean. Thank you

Birch replaced my old worn out AC unit with a brand new one today. The technicians showed up on time and they went right to work. They were very professional and courteous. The work was completed sooner than I expected and they left the area spotless with everything working fine. Absolutely no issues. I highly recommend this company.
