They were professional, and punctual. They said that they were going to be on site in 45 mins, they were there before time. The tech was detailed. He provides with the all the info needed, but not forcing to purchase any extra service. He was straight forward, I will definitely recommend Kings Air to all my colleagues. Exceptional customer service, and quality work.
My Air conditioner went out and after reading reviews of different companies I decided to try Kings Air conditioning, and I’m more than pleased with their service. Their service technician arrived on time as expected and was very thorough with explaining what was wrong with my A/C and made sure I understood by answering all of my questions. Their quickness, professionalism, transparency and affordability was amazing and I will definitely use them in the future.

Kings Ac installed a new AC system For us after our old unit stopped working. They were great! Very professional, fast and did a great job. We priced the units with 3 companies and they were the best price by far! Highly recommend kings Ac

I typically don’t write reviews…These guys are very professional. They charge reasonable prices and they know what they are doing. I have been using them for over 5 years and I have never had any recalls. They have always gone over and beyond to get the jobs done in an efficient manner. In addition, they always follow up and follow through to ensure me and my family are fully satisfied with their work.

Do not use this company. They changed me me 250.00 for a used circuit breaker. A new one would of cost $40.00 Then they were supposed to email me a receipt they sent me one for 180.00.
They kept it cool.

After having some technical issues with our install, the business went above and beyond to continually communicate and provide a solution in a short time frame. The AC stopped blowing cold air here. I rent and these folks reached out by text explaining they were ready to go, I gave them permission to get the key and they took care of everything. This was some time ago, and no problems to date. The person who texted me did so respectfully and efficiently and seemed really kind even through text. Everything’s been working great ever since - thank you! Great job done here; very much appreciated
Absolutely 💯 % scam operator that totally ripped me off. Charged me 350.00 for a $14 part. Do not ever call them they are Absolutely horrible and dishonest.
This AC had It second set of vacuuming. The system is old and may need regular service. I still feel there is more to be removed from the vent as the air is not an 100 percent pure I am still coughing at time when the AC come on. Sitting inside all day I can feel small particles been discharge from the vent which cause me to cough.
