This company is great. I have an older unit and he didn't try to upsell me in any way. He was super helpful and just replaced the part and fixed my heat in 15 minutes. I will be calling him next time I need anything. It's hard to find good repair people in this city
They did an amazing job installing my new AC unit and the entire process was very smooth.
We provided them with a leaky water heater. The specialists from this company showed up that afternoon. They were replaced an hour later after the leak was immediately identified. He patiently and intelligently responded to all of my rookie questions.
Our water heater had stopped operating, and despite our efforts to relight the pilot, there was no hot water. When we phoned them on Friday and Saturday am, they were able to instantly come out, diagnose, and solve our problem.
