I wish we had found Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning years ago! Dennis was courteous and professional. He took his time to explain to me what he did and the condition of our unit. He shared his recommendations and the service agreement which I was happy to sign up for. It’s a no brainer decision. It’s so hard to find good customer service but he does it well!
I got a call that the tech would be arriving shortly to my house. The Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning tech showed up on the scheduled time. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do. He explained some options that they were offering and which would save me money. These guys are my heroes. My pellet stove was down for two months. I kept getting put off by other companies. Thank goodness I found Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning . The technician came to the house and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took his time and made an accurate diagnosis as to what the issue was. He was upfront about the costs and timing. Followed up and did what he said he was going to do. He was pleasant to work with and respectful. We will definitely be calling them maintenance.
Wonderful service! AC went out the night before. Called Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning the next morning. They were out at my place later the same day and got it back up and running. Very friendly and informative on the maintenance I should do. Keep the good work up!
I'm very elated with my service from Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning. Our furnace stopped functioning on a very cold evening. These heroes came in really fast and luckily they were able to work on it and our evening heat was reinstated. Dennis answered all of my questions and clarified everything and I was charged fairly!!

No alteration in the quality, the price or the craftsmanship, I would recommend to my clients and would use them later for my personal needs.
We came home from vacation to find our AC unit running but nothing coming from the vents. We called and Dennis answered right away and we had him at our house in about an hour. He inspected our system and showed me exactly what was wrong and we went over a few options to fix it and he gave me a quote. He was very pleasant and professional and the work got done at a very reasonable price. 100% calling him again if ever our system goes down.

Dennis did fine work yesterday repairing our furnace. He was conscientious, polite, pleasant, and did a fantastic job. He made sure that the whole furnace was as in good a condition as it could be.He also checked the air conditioner and assured us that it was in perfect order.Everything was done at a reasonable price with minimum disruption. Five Stars!
