I had an issue with my compressor and called Joe for help. First time caller, and he didn't ask for an appointment or anything like that. He came to my house within a few hours and was awesome to work. Joe is very knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue with my compressor and also fixed the faulty wiring done when the unit was first set back in 2020. A true master of the craft and a very pleasant guy. He even taught me the proper way to keep the unit clean, which I've been doing wrong for 2 years! Call Joe if your AC goes down! He'll fix it in no time! Highly recommend!!!!
Quick to respond to inquire but Tech was 40 minutes late. I was not given a window. The text clearly stated Tech will arrive at noon. As a business owner, I understand communication is key. I reached out to dispatch and explained first impressions mean a lot. I canceled the service call and Tech showed up 20 minutes after I canceled my appointment. He stated he was in an accident and dispatch said he was stuck in traffic. Whatever the truth is Respecting people's time is important. A phone call to let me know of the delay would have saved the sale.
Called last week for an AC issue. Joe was here within an hour, identified the issue, fixed it and gave us advice on making sure it does not happen again.

Joe is great. He was able to promptly schedule an appointment, and quickly pinpointed my issue. He also talked me through every step of everything he did so I knew exactly what the problems were and how he was fixing them. He was also a very nice guy. I absolutely recommend All County Air Conditioning and will be calling Joe for any future AC problems I have.
I called this company because my air conditioner is not working and I told them that I need it, I have a baby and dogs, this person that answered said that he doesn’t have time until next week, what the hell I’m going to without air condition in Florida !!!!!!! And the worst part is that he doesn’t have time because he is going to a meeting? Worst company
Called Joe this afternoon, because my a/c was hardly blowing out any air, and the air coming out of the vents was warm. Joe answered the phone immediately and asked me several questions to narrow down the possibilities of what might be wrong. He told me he was on a call but would be here before 5:00. He showed up before 4:00 and immediately pinpointed the problem. He installed a new capacitor and gave me some very good advice on maintaining my aging a/c. This was the first time calling Joe, and I would not hesitate to call him again. I already gave his name and number to my sister, because she is having trouble with her a/c. If you want someone who is personable, honest, prompt and affordable, call Joe!
Joe took his time to teach me everything I needed to know to do the routine monthly maintenance myself. He went above and beyond to teach me about specific products I would need and gave me great advice.

Joe was responsive, honest and professional. He explained each step in his process to identify and locate the issue with my AC. His determination to get to the root of the problem was refreshing instead of just telling me to replace the entire unit. I recently got an AC unit installed and was having issues with the company that installed it. I called Joe to get a second opinion and he walked me through the process I needed to make sure the AC worked and we were getting the help we needed from the company that installed the unit. He took the time to explain everything and gave me really good resources to help. I am not one of his customers yet he took his time to help me and saved my number and let me know I could contact him if I needed anymore help. Truly an amazing guy and I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable AC repair company.

Joe and his team at All County Air always go above and beyond. They are by far the best AC company in the area - knowledgeable, fair, honest, and always there when you need them. If you need help with your AC call All County Air. They truly are the best. They will get your AC up and running in no time and at a fair price.
I was calling a few places and kept getting strange responses to a simple question- “How much to come now and give an estimate?”. The answers from a few others were bazar. Joe offered some tips on the phone before he came out for a service call. He answered the cost question right off the bat. He also suggested trying his suggestions first, over the course of an hour , so I didn’t spend money if I didn’t have to. He kept in touch over that period of about 30-40 mins and finally we agreed he would come by since it seemed like the capacitor needed replacing. He is very experienced and did not try to over charge or play any games. I really appreciated his total service and attitude. Money well spent and I feel great knowing I have a trusted A/C guy in the future. Thanks Joe!
Joe is the most amazing repair man! He is so helpful and kind! If her can walk you through some steps before he gets to your house, he takes the time to help you. How many people do that? He responds very quickly and gets to you as soon as he can. This a company with heart that you can trust! He is so knowledgeable and thorough! I will always call Joe at All County Air for all my repairs or replacements!

Joe is the only Guy I will let touch my AC. He understands the true definition of customer service. It always amazes me how quickly he can diagnose and correct the problem. He’s the guy I recommended to my mom and we know some AC service providers take advantage of our seniors but Joe isn’t one of them. I highly recommend him for a level of service you should expect at a reasonable cost. Thanks and God Bless Joe!
