Mark was awesome! Explained everything in details and fixed my AC in no time.
Very professional and will not rip you off.
This Was my follow up second opinion and they are now my AC service company. They will make some changes and upgrade the system to make it function better and assured me that this barely 4 year old system did not need to be replaced. ( Recommended by first company) They also did not pressure me to have the work done tomorrow but when we are ready. Competitive pricing and they are available 7 days a week for emergencies.

Fan motor went out and Matt came out at 8 pm to try and repair the problem. Unfortunately he had to order the part but 2 days later it arrived and the install was quick and easy. Matt was professional and knew what he was doing. No attempt to up charge me for other services. The cost was reasonable and I am very happy with the whole experience. Will use RPC for my future HVAC needs. Good people.

Ryan at Really Professional Cooling called me and came out in two days! They text you who is coming out, when they arrive and when the job is done. Super helpful! Tim, and Steven are extremely professional, fast, courteous, on time, careful of my property and did a fantastic job. Tim and Steven explained everything they were doing(sealing and hanging ductwork-ac maintenance) and even put on my AC screen thing. no high pressure sales pitch. Very reasonable prices and is worth the value! After having a few AC companies not be able to fix my issue, they did it in one day!
OVER-charged - I was not 100% satisfied and thought I was overcharged for the work that was done ($245 for 10 minutes changing a $10 capacitor) and was told by the owner that he needs to make a profit; he didn’t offer even a small discount. I will look for another business that wants my return business rather than an inflated profit. I just read the reply that the technician gave the price before I left; this is untrue and so my rating went down to a one. Be honest or be more thorough in your investigation.
Two days without a/c was enough i called them and they came out the next day. The tech who came out was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem the same day. I would definitely recommend them for anybody with AC troubles

Great company. I highly recommend them. When other companies said we needed a new a/c they were able to repair it and get it up and running. Honest and reliable company. Chris did a great job. They are on time, respectful and explain what's needed. If you're looking for a company that is honest, look no further. This will be our go to company from now on!

When you thank the service tech and say, "thank you for being really professional", you realize their name is spot on! It was easy to set up the appointment, text confirmation and email followed. Appointment reminders occurred as well, then follow up email with details of the service. Photos were taken and shown during the process which is huge! I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!
