I have done business with Harrington A/C for 19 years and have always been pleased with their service. They are professional and offer fair prices. I recently had an A/C check done by Adam. He did a thorough job and took the time to explain everything to me and offer a better plan for future checkups with more benefits. I'm very happy to stay with Harrington A/C.
Malak and Max were professional, personable, and efficient. They were just what you would hope for in lead installers.

Harrington has installed two units plus duct work at two houses. This unit was installed from scratch ten years ago and has only had one other service call. This time, the thermostat stopped working. Harrington tried to help us over the phone to get the drain pipe UN-gunked (when they tell you to pour vinegar and water in every month, DO IT) but my husband had broken the thermostat. Collin came today (early even) and was incredibly nice and helpful. I bought the Honeywell 8000 from them as a replacement because I think having an app I can control the thermostat with when I am out of town is right for us. I also bought the membership plan so I can relax knowing my ten year old unit will be maintained; I have let this go too long. Collin explained things well and was fast and efficient with the installation and getting the app up and running. We are getting up there and have started outsourcing other maintenance items. I am very happy to add this to that list. I will always ask for Collin!

Had my starter capacitor fail on my unit called Harrington and they scheduled an appointment. fixed it out of here in 1 hour.
Tony and Johnny are the best! They got me hooked up with a brand new unit in a short period of time. I was working from home while they were here and almost forgot they were here they were so quiet and efficient. Would definitely work with them again.
We’ve used Harrington Air for several years and have been satisfied with the service. Justin Murray the service person did a great job and is very knowledgeable. We recommend them and the only thing that is a little disappointing is the rising cost of the service charges.

Harrington was recommended by my realtor, and I’m so glad I called them. After feeling pressured by another company to replace my HVAC unit on my first routine maintenance visit on a condo I had recently purchased, I had Harrington come out and give me a second opinion. They solved my problem for a couple of hundred dollars, rather than paying thousands of dollars for a new system. I also asked my tech to quote the interim repair that the first company gave me (only after pressuring them); the first company was $1300, and Harrington quoted $900. Actually, the tech (Collin) did maintenance on three additional units for me that day at our new home as well. He was friendly, professional, and communicated very well about the units and my all of my options (one needed some minor stuff). Everything is now running up to snuff! I cannot tell you how comfortable I felt working with Harrington, from start to finish. Barry who was my initial contact and Zion who scheduled my services, were also great on the phone. I would highly recommend this company for repairs, replacement and/or maintenance of your HVAC. They are competent, customer service oriented and ethical, hard to find qualities these days.
I’ve been a customer of Harrington for a long time. They are a great company proud of the quality of work they provide. My a/c unit wasn’t cooling well and both Nathan and Brian the technicians that serviced my unit were knowledgeable and professional explaining what they found as they progressed in troubleshooting the issue. High recommend Harrington for all HVAC needs.
Collin Eckfeld came today, he was very knowledgeable and courteous and friendly. He didn’t make me feel dumb with my explanations of what my A/C was doing and fixed the problem. He cleaned up and explained what it could have been and what was wrong. Harrington A/C put in our A/C in 2015-2016 and we have used them ever since. Thank you, Collin. P.Walden
Tony and Johnny installed a new air conditioning heating system for us today. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough making sure to explain the system and answering my questions. I would definitely recommend Harrington Air Conditioning to others.
