Totally the best company!! Highly recommend
Once again Cool Depot came through!! I had 2 of my 3 HVAC units break down on the same day. In a season where customers keep HVAC workers extremely busy, they still managed to have me up and running again the next day, even with having to replace some major parts. To top it off, it cost considerably less than I anticipated! Always a major plus!
I called Cool Depot at 9 PM at night. They were here 1st thing in the morning and had my unit fixed by noon!
Worked with them previously through my employer and trusted them with my home. They are always so kind, respectful, and overall a great company. Signed the order and less than a week later my new unit is installed.
Wow is all I can say, these folks were the most professional a/c company I have delt with in years, not only did they show up on time they were quick and less expensive than the quotes I had gotten from other a/c companies, the technician they sent ( I think his name was Mark) was very professional and knowledgeable with the business, and the people who work the phones for the place were friendly and a pleasure to deal with, not pushy at all....All in all my A/C system is back up and running like a champion again....thanks again Cool Depot, if I need a a/c company in the future I will be calling y'all again..and I will refer you to all my family and friends 😎
Cool Depot was called last night and arrived at 9am this morning. The professional listened to my concerns and identified the root cause not just the symptom. He was a certified technician not a salesperson. Do not use an air conditioning company who also have plumbing and electrical. Their overhead is ridiculous and you pay more than double every time. I recommend Cool Depot.

I can't recommend Cool Depot enough. Working with Mark, Brian, and Dana was such a pleasure. They installed two new mini-splits for me and their work was impeccable. I had a couple specific requests that they happily addressed, and, when the work was done, Mark told me time and again that he'll come out ASAP if even the slightest thing goes wrong. Plus, their pricing is competitive, if not a bit less than other companies. Hands down the best contractor I've worked with so far.
These guys are beyond good. Second time using them and they are beyond professional and do such a great job. Will highly recommend yet again.
I am a renter locally, and my landlord had Cool Depot, LLC put in a new unit when my old one went out about 18 months ago. Not only did they do a great job then, but when it stopped working yesterday (simple fix; less than ten minutes and because it needed reset; common thing no matter what business is being used), they were out within 3.5 hours of the last-minute call. Mark and Richard were very friendly, and really knowledgeable about the situation. Thank you, Cool Depot (and Mark/Richard), for your great customer service. It is greatly appreciated!
AC went out just before noon, they had someone out by 1:30pm and a team out shortly there after. Completed before 5pm. I just moved in 6 months ago, new AC wasn't going to last and Cool Depot came to the rescue and I still made my flight on time. Very courteous on the phone when I called, professional service and would highly recommend them to anyone. One of the best experiences I've had in a long time with a service provider. Thank you!!!

My AC went out late Friday evening. I let them know that I had to work Saturday morning, but that I would be home by 1:15pm. They were here by 1:45pm. The service was quick, exceptional and very friendly. Brian was the technician that helped us out today and he was very understanding of how upsetting it is to be without AC. His work was quick, precise and very thorough. He explained everything as he was working so that I understood what the problem was, what the possible causes were, and what would need to be done as possible solutions. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I will definitely be using them again in the future!
My AC went out yesterday. I called Cool Depot and not only were they able to come out the same day, they also were able to replace my motor in my air handler today and are cleaning my coils next week. I have a 13 year old Trane unit, and I know that they could have tried to sell me another unit all together, yet they were honest and told me by fixing this problem I could get another 2-3 years out of my current unit. That impressed me. Being a Realtor, I come across a lot of home owners and to be home owners. I will not only use them in the future but will refer them to my sellers and buyers.
Although, they called to reschedule last minute, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of work. Brian is really knowledgable and fixed the problem in no time. The A/C is working great and I am happy with the service Brian provided.

We've been Cool Depot customers for a number of years and have found this company to be honest, professional, competent, and dedicated to customer service. Cool Depot recently replaced our old heat pump with a new unit, and we couldn't be happier. The service was completed on time and passed inspection with flying colors. The technicians that did the work were cordial and neat and made sure our expectations were met before they left. We were totally satisfied with the job and plan on remaining Cool Depot customers for a long time. We recommend them to all our friends.
