Called for summer maintenance and Devin arrived on time. He spent over an hour going through checking and cleaning everything...way more thorough than the previous company I used. Very polite and professional. Glad I chose Fonz.

The tech is knowledgeable and explains everything before doing any work. The cost was reasonable and they came very quickly to assist with our issue. Absolutely our go-to for any a/c problem that might occur.

Devin was courteous and professional from first call. He made sure I understood the charges for weekend/after hours and was ok with that before scheduling. Kept me in the loop during diagnostic and explained how it needed to be fixed and the cost. He answered all my questions so I could understand and was clear about the follow up work needing to be done. Very pleased with the service and would recommend them highly to anyone.
Devonwas on-site at the time promised. All work done to my satisfaction. As I’ve said before, nobody touches my HVAC other than Fonz. They are the best in this area hands down.

We recently bought a home and while our AC unit passed pre-purchase inspection, it just stopped working this afternoon. I called Fonz Heating & Air after reading some good reviews and I am so thankful I did! Valerie answered my call promptly and was so sweet. She told me she'd reach out to the on-call technician and would have him call me as soon as possible. No more than 5 minutes passed before Matt (the owner) called to see how he could help. I explained the situation and he said he could come by in the next hour. Matt arrived quickly, was super friendly (my dogs loved him!) and got right to work. He explained the issue and the best course of action, and since we needed a maintenance plan anyway, he offered to do our initial service while he was here. When he was finished, he made sure the house was cooling down and any questions were answered. He made recommendations for the filters to purchase and an estimated replacement timeline. In the past, I've had some less than positive experiences with HVAC maintenance and repair. Matt (and Valerie) changed that today. I am confident we are in honest, capable hands with Fonz Heating & Air. -- Updated 4/28/23 - another great experience with Fonz (Devin was our tech this time). Sadly, our blower quit on us today and caused the compressor to freeze up (it was 9 years old, so can't really complain). Once again, Fonz H & A responded quickly and professionally and we were back up and running in almost no time at all. I can't say enough good about this company!
Called Fonz when our A/C suddenly stopped working. Devin from Fonz arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and suggested a maintenance be done without us feeling like we under pressure. We decided to go with it and Devin did an outstanding job. He was professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. We cannot recommend Fonz Heating and Air enough for you A/C needs!

Fonz saved us from an A/C issue we had last year- came home to a hot house the day before leaving for vacation. Called them and Zac was knocking on the door and repaired the unit only a couple of hours later. Because of this quick response and amazing service, we signed up for the maintenance agreement- and won’t go without it now. Zac just came out to do the 6 month service, and was on time, professional and extremely courteous. Couldn’t ask for a better experience! I’ve recommended Fonz to all my family and friends!
The technician notified us that he was running a couple minutes late and gave us a time of arrival. Friendly and knowledgeable was able explain what the issue with the unit was. Provided us with a manual for the thermostat we had. Rates were affordable.
They are very good at reaching out with reminders. Even when they are actually driving to the house. Really well run and professional.
As always called Fonz heating as the AC wasn’t working. Denise was very helpful and Zac was here within the hour, part of our service contract. Work was completed and once again I can’t say enough about this great business! Thanks again Zac for your hard work and pleasant demeanor!
