This company, Jose G., installed my ac unit when the old one was literally burning itself up. Jose did my maintenance checkup yesterday. He is just as professional, efficient, kind, thorough and personable as when he installed the unit. He is the reason I use Brown and trust them. Update: Jose and a trainee did a tuneup and inspection of my ac, both inside and out. I feel that this business, especially with Jose, holds itself to very high professional standards. Highly recommended.
Our A/C died last night. We called first thing in the morning and requested a technician to come ASAP. The office promised to send someone between noon and two . The technician called at 11:30 and was at our house at noon. He checked the system and shared his findings. The system is 11 years old and we know it is ready to be upgraded. The technician however went above and beyond to find used parts in his truck to fix the old system temporarily until the new one can be installed. He didn’t charge me for the repair and promised to come back if anything else goes wrong with it until the new system gets installed. We purchased the new system from him and the price and quality of the new unit is very competitive .I am a business owner myself and can appreciate a good service, quality and pricing. I’m looking forward to working with them to replace the unit in the next couple of weeks. Jose the tech was helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
Troy was very professional, polite and explains everything so a customer will understand what is needed and how it makes the unit work better and last longer

Brown Heating & Cooling installed our new a/c unit 3 years ago. They have been professional and have outstanding service. Jose did our maintenance today and communicated was equally as professional!
Rob quickly fixed our sewer smell problem by changing out the wax seal in the bathroom and took extra steps to clean out the flange and replace the bolts and supply line, all for less than I was quoted by other companies. Thank you!

I had one of Brown plumbers give me his "professional" advice on the plumbing guts under my kitchen sink. I respected his advice & had him do the work I hoped to do.

Our AC shut off unexpectedly. Contacted Brown and they were out within an hour. Identified and fixed the problem quickly. Troy was courteous and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with my experience.

I owned A.A.D&R prior to retirement which is why it posts under this name, Rusty Flake is my name…. I need to update my review…we had some bumps in the beginning of my dealings with Brown’s…however after this company found out that I was less than pleased, I was contacted vey quickly and was assured that they wanted to get the problem resolved…I felt that it was a sincere statement and agreed to let them get things right…they have finished it up now and I need to say…Brown’s is not an honorable company and I would not recommend them if the situation to do so arises. When in July of 22, they installed the new ductwork, apparently they did an inferior and unprofessional job since it needs replaced again in less than a year. They want us to pay them again to replace the ductwork…I strongly recommend that you NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
So glad I called Brown for my A/C maintenance. Jose is a professional and respectful technician. Explained what he was going to inspect and then reported his findings. And since it was my initial visit, he gave me a bit about the company. Highly recommend.
Jose said he did a diagnostic on our a/c and described very well what the issue is with it, He was very professional in describing the issue and gave us further info on contacting the manufacturer about it. I find Brown Heating and Cooling Company is and has been very reliable for us.
