Called in a panic for emergency service since our floor was flooding from water leaking from our A/C. It was July 4th Holiday. Noel was at our house 1/2 hour after our call after finishing up on a job elsewhere. He was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about what the problem was and explained in detail how he would repair it, the expected cost, and also how to maintain the system so that it would not happen again. Can't thank them enough for the quick response and thank you Noel!
This is a first class company with knowledgeable employees. Joshua was professional and super experienced and did a great job!!
Chandler was our electrician and did a fabulous job! He was quick, very knowledgeable and professional. He was friendly and explained any of my questions. We have a new electric company now and it’s Anthony’s! Very highly recommended!
Holy cow! What a great experience from the technician, Noel, and Anthony’s Cooling! The company who installed the HVAC 7 years ago has really gone down hill. They were just here to do the semi annual nearly two months ago and he obviously didn’t clean out the line. The AC quit working because the drain line was clogged. Well that old company quit emergency service! A family member recommended Anthony’s, and they came in a few hours— on a Sunday! I’m going to only use Anthony’s from now on!
They installed my mini split AC for my office. They not only met my expectations... they exceeded them. Their work was top notch.
We needed electrical work done because the lights in kitchen and living livingroom were going on and off by itself. We picked Anthony's Cooling because of the high ratings they received on google. The Electrician came in the morning to asess the work that needed to be done. No feedback the whole afternoon. I finally called the office and they said they had to order a part --- still no explanation about the problem. After 3 more calls the next day, they told us everything had to be replaced, but they could not do the job because they lack the manpower. We paid $149 for them to tell us they can't do the job. I recommend hiring a more professional electrician who can do the job, so you would not have to pay the assessment fee twice.

0 out of 10 would not recommend!! Our brand new air conditioner has broken down at least 5 times !! It was installed wrong, which caused it to flood our garage. While fixing it for the fourth time , the workers stepped on my washer and dryer , DENTING THEM BOTH !!!! The dryer was dented so bad that it made a horrible sound , when in use . Their answer was to bang out the dents !!! I don’t know if there is a lemon law for AC units , but I do know to NEVER RECOMMEND ANTHONYS TO ANYONE!!!!!!
Adam the service tech was very polite and professional. He was on time and completely checked out our air conditioner and got it working for us. He informed us of the service contract plan going forward which we did take advantage of. More people should have employees like Adam. I am a very satisfied customer.
I called Anthony's yesterday (Sunday) in the morning for emergency service since our A/C system was out. A few minutes later they called me back after they had arranged for a technician to attend to my call. Matthew arrived as promised a few hours later and within minutes after his arrival he correctly determined the problem and proceeded to place the unit back in operation. Considering that this was on a Sunday I believe that this was not only efficient but outstanding service and makes me glad that I had my new A/C unit installed by Anthony's a few years ago. Anthony's service techs are always courteous, timely and efficient. The best AC company we have employed in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.
Anthony's was fantastic, they were recommended by my neighbor and were great to deal with. Communication from start to finish was great, the price was fair and the work was excellent, highly recommend. I needed mine installed flush to the garage ceiling in order for my cars to fit and they handled that flawlessly.

I have had 3-4 interruptions in electrical service over the years, the first time when a tree went down and tore out my electrical meter. One of Anthony techs stopped by, arranged for a new meter, hooked it up, all before FPL arrived to inspect. They were ahead of any potential problems. Since then, they've come several times for other problems with interruption in service. Always on time, professional and courteous. The office staff is exceptionally nice, very helpful. Recommend them highly.
The engineer that provided the quote, Jim, was very knowledgeable and able to explain what options were available and what might be best for our situation. He also made a very thorough analysis of the existing system and made some recommendations which was very helpful. The techs, Jake and helper Teddy, worked very hard to get the system installed in just one day. They were very responsive to questions and did a great job getting the system put in, clean up done and educating us on the use and settings for the new system. We would definitely recommend Anthony's to anyone needing to have their AC and heating system maintained, upgraded and replaced. A little more than 6 weeks in and the unit stopped working. Turned out to be a minor issue with the drain line being stopped up. However, it took some effort on my part to get a response. After a couple of calls, I was able to get someone to tell me what the error code meant and was able to get the unit started again myself, but still wanted to have it checked out. They did arrange for a technician to come out, Anthony, and together we managed to get the drain line cleared and the unit operational again. We are quite happy with Anthony's and plan to sign up for annual preventative maintenance for sure. It's a great unit and the modifications made to the trunk lines, increased vent lines, etc., have made a huge difference in the home.
I called Anthony's on a Monday morning-no prior business with them-about my A/C unit that was not working.......they were at my home with in 7 hours......my tech was Anthony, (not the owner) who is VERY professional and kept me informed about everything he was doing. He left me with a cool home-A/C running n cooling! I did purchase a maintenance program with Anthony's and highly recommend them to all!! As a new customer I REALLY appreciated their prompt response to my problem........
Joshua P. was the gentleman that looked at the A/C and found that it had a leak and was not functioning adequately. He took care of the problem and discussed some options that may become necessary in the near future, including a new heat system. A new system will be put in place this week. While Joshua was here, he explained exactly what he was doing and why. He was thorough, personable and most importantly represented Anthonys Heating and Cooling to perfection.
Electric box fuse replaced. Hunter was informative, quick and professional. I will definitely use Anthony’s Services again.
Jim was to our home to discuss, at length, the replacement of our AC System. He discussed with us our concerns and which system would best fit our needs along with several other factors we would need in order to make our decision. We had two other companies give us quotes and Anthony's was the one we chose. There are several other items Anthony's will be taking care of that the other's never even mentioned. Jim was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very empathetic to the fact we are without air when the temperature INSIDE our home is 83 degrees. Shortly after he left, Jim sent a technician to our home and Dave, ANOTHER, professional and knowledgeable repair technician from Anthony's, was able to get our system running while we wait for the install of our new unit. Thank you, Anthony's Cooling-Heating-Electrical, Inc. A special thanks to Jim for spending so much time with us and to Dave for knowing exactly what it took to keep us cool for a few days.
