Mr Sanders responded to my A/C emergency on the same day I called him. He replaced my compressor and did it under warranty. He was considerably lower in price than the large company's who wanted me to wait over a week to fix my A/C I highly recommend Sanders A/C

I was referred to Doug a couple yrs back from my trusted repairman, who did everything for me. I'm not one to open the phone book and start searching for a repair person. I prefer referrals from people I know and trust. I can't say enough about Doug & his crew. I trust him, he's punctual, he calls if he'll be late, his prices are fair and above all, he has a great sense of humor!

2022: Felt like it was time for an update! We inherited an older house with an older system that these guys have significantly helped us extend life-wise!!! We have ALWAYS been BLOWN AWAY with our service! The prices are ALWAYS FAIR for the GREAT JOBS they do and their intelligence on more complex issues! We LOVE this company & will use them FOREVER! I cannot reiterate enough how knowledgeable they are, either! I still stand by everything I said in my first review years ago-- which says A LOT nowadays! And when we ARE ready to get a new system-- you can bet your a** who we will be calling! USE THEM! YOU WON'T REGRET IT! 2020 (first time we used them): We tried to change my grandmother's thermostat ourselves because it was extremely old... Also, with her having dementia and always messing with it, we were hoping that putting a new box on, with a cover over it, would help save her some money on her electricity bills... Long story short, we messed **** up trying to wire it ourselves 👨🏻🔧👩🏻💻 because the wiring was ALSO very old! We tried contacting SEVERAL electricians and HVAC companies (who would just blow us off) and were just continuing to SWEAT 😧, praying 🙏 we didn't SERIOUSLY screw something up... This owner was the ONLY one to ACTUALLY contact us back and came out as quick as he could!!! He was VERY honest, funny 🤣, answered & explained ANY of our questions, and got our AC unit back up and running in a matter of minutes!!! 5 STARS was most definitely EARNED at our service visit!!! DON'T listen to any bad reviews. Everyone has a bad day once in a while, there's always two sides to every story, and we all need to remember that... Very glad he was the one who finally answered our call! 🙂 Will be using this company MORE in the future FOR SURE! THANKS AGAIN SANDERS AC & REFRIGERATION!!!
Came out on saturday 20 minutes after my phone call
Doug answered on the first ring. Was at our address in about an hour. Our fan motor went out on a Saturday at the beginning of summer. We thankfully were referred to him after searching and calling other companies. Who were unavailable and most didn’t answer or call back. Our home didn’t even have time to get warm. Prompt, pleasant, professional and efficient.
Sander's AC is a professional company . I am a property manager and they give me proposals on repairs and new installations. He is fair to tell me that the system is just too old and needs to be replaced. He has even went to emergency calls on the weekends. If you want an honest and value for your dollar company Sander's AC is the one to call.
The owner is always willing to come out and check/fix whatever problem there are with an A/C. I have never had any problems their work!
I have been looking for a new AC guy for my rental homes that is professional and punctual. This morning I spoke with Doug and Sanders AC after he went and solved a problem for one of my tenants. He quickly solved the problem and did not overcharge me. The qualities are important for me as well as my tenants. I will be using Sanders AC for all my AC needs and am confident to recommend them to others.

Here is the truth. My Mom (in her mid seventies) A/C and Heat broke down Thrusday. Called my guy on Friday who put in this Rheem Classic system in 2007 (Made in America back then) no call back or answer. He has been out for a couple for small things since. No answer on Saturday. Called again, waited a few hours. No call back. CRISIS!!! Mom has just gotten over a bad cold and it will be in the forties tonight. Called Doug Sanders at 3 pm and he answered right away. He was driving in from Ocala and said he would be along. And he did at almost Sunset. Got the unit working, charged a very fair price. Very knowledgeable. We now have heat. Guess who my new A/C guy is from now on. When he says anytime he is for Real!! Try getting a A/C Heat Tech in Daytona on the weekend!!! Good Luck, call Doug.
