We called for an A/C service and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. The tech , Ray, kept in touch and arrived promptly. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable . He spent his time working proficiently and diligently on our poorly running unit that was struggling.We now have ice cold air and a fresher smell. Thank you Ray for your expertise and reasonable rate.

Had a great experience with the purchase and delivery of a new refrigerator a few years ago. Today he came out to service our dryer and was courteous, quick, and cleaned up after. Definitely recommend.

I like doing business with Air 1 cooling and heating because they are professional and reliable. This was few months back. I was desperate when my A/C stopped working and the temperature was rising rapidly and already reached 97 degrees. It was after hours when I called and Ray came out with in half an hour. He had my unit up and running in no time. If you’re looking for credible and honest company I would whole-heartedly recommend Air 1 cooling and heating.
Ray is a great professional and person! This is second time we work with him and he recently installed the AC unit at our new property. He was recommended to us by our friends and we knew we are in good hands when we met him. Ray knows what he is doing and you can tell he has years of experience. He gave us the best price and did the job quick, he cares about his customers. They were prompt, clean and professional! They did a great job with instillation in our old home, and even made it a point to maximize the closet space when planning the duct work. Would highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience with this company. They both were great along with their team installing a new central air unit in my home. They did an amazing job! Everything was done perfect, organized, and neat, no mess!!
