I understand the after hours service charge of $149.99. But then on top of it all charged me $286 for 45 minutes worth of work and a $15 part. Lesson learned.

Thanks for coming and fixing our air conditioning our unit is old and you guys have been great taking care of the air conditioning repair and also repairing the Heat always been out here very promptly and done a wonderful job we're getting ready to replace the unit now with Cooks thank you Jerry.
When our regular AC company couldn't respond to an after-hours emergency within 24 hours, Cooks Air Conditioning could. Services was prompt, professional and Jerry went above and beyond to diagnose and fix our issue. He even took the time to look over our entire system and suggest future improvements. Would 100% recommend!

Craig was efficient and personable.
Called right back, told me between 7 and 9 showed up at 8. Did a thorough investigation of the AC unit, inside and out. Did not charge me for a blown fuse.
Craig was very nice, professional and knew all about our A/C. Explained everything and left the areas he worked in clean. I’ve found my new A/C person. 😀😀

Jerry was knowledgeable and thorough. Ac down at 4 pm and by 945pm the ac was back. Yes same day!!!
Does not answer and will undermine a woman homeowner and call her repair man to install after I wanted a refund. Stay far away from rhem

Their reviews may be good, but I’d never recommend them. I called for a quote...we had a musty smell coming from the vents. They sent someone out who quoted a ridiculous $14,800 for a new HVAC sys for a <1000 sq ft house. The current sys is about 12 yrs old but it cools fine and the elec bill is consistently $50/month. I explained that we’re not rich and the house is (obviously) modest and that the quote was crazy. He reduced it a few times (downgrading the sys) but didn’t come down below $7600. Needless to say, I called a few other companies and ended up having Honest Air chemically clean the coils and overhaul the current sys (final cost $500). Every other company confirmed we don’t need an entire new sys yet. As I said earlier, I would not recommend Cook’s and would go as far as saying I feel like they were trying to take advantage of an elderly prospective customer. They had no problem cashing the $85 check they insisted on getting for just a quote...which, by the way, none of the other companies charged a dime for. Make sure you get other quotes for anything they quote for comparison. Buyer beware.
