This company did not do an AC for me, but for a good friend. They showed up to put in the ac and said they replace the duct never replaced we found out because we felt cold air coming up threw our back porch I crawed under the house and the old duct was tore off the collar. So now it's been over a month she was told they were coming 5 different times by jaun no call or no show all 5 times. They been paid in full. So I hope who ever reads this takes care of this and not take advantage of our elderly.

I had an emergency A/C failure over a weekend. Eli and Chris came out on a Sunday, got me running temporarily until my 16 year old HVAC system could be replaced a few days later by teammate Ariel. Great customer service from all of them, explained everything all along the way. I felt very comfortable doing business with this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, quality service and product experience!

I was a customer for many years, but for 2 years I had to argue with management that my heating was not working. Eli only wanted to upsell me a bigger heat coil. Eli refused to feel air coming from vents. They sent many professionals out but each would mess up something else. It was the installers to figure out the whole time was a couple of burnt out wires going to the inside thermostat. Eli is untrustworthy. The women taking calls told me that my business is a nuisance to them. And don't trust Eli's brother Mike either.

Bought a brand new heat pump from them had nothing but problems from day 1 removed a 30 year old working heat pump install a brand new one and leave when it's not working correctly wife calls them they said give it 24 hours lol i called them send technician out to find out they didnt program tstat he apologized. Never finished install on unit till about 10 months after install they put a sticker on unit says 7 day aweek 24 hour emergency service not the case had a leak in system do to manufacturer defect copper tubing rubbing together wore a hole created a leak not a happy camper they did come out and repaired unit next day I went to school for Hvacr in 1991 tci windsor locks ct I have never seen a repair Done on a hole in copper tubing where you just solder the hole in pipe 🤔 I I was taught to repair the pipe with a coupling not just fill in the hole with solder seams like a unprofessional way to repair a 10 month old unit

Jim is always very knowledgeable and honest when he services our unit and Shawn did a great job explaining our situation with our old unit and recommending a new upgraded system. Quick response on a Friday night when our A/C stopped cooling. The technician called that evening and came by 1st thing Saturday morning. Solved the issue quickly and got us running and cooled down. I would give 5 1/2 stars if I could!!! On Sunday we woke up to our home being 81° at 7:30 AM. I contacted the after-hours number and gave them our information. I wasn’t expecting to hear from anyone until mid-day, was I surprised. Not only did Shawn Paradise contact me within 45 minutes, but he was at our home within 2 1/2 hours! He did a through inspection of our 8 1/2 yr old unit, and found that the blower and compressor were bad. Also, we had mold in our unit! He took pictures, and showed us all that was wrong. Sat down with me and my mom to explain everything, give us his recommendations, and go for get our options. Our new, American Made, Rheem unit will be installed 2 days after our old unit went out on us. I cannot thank Shawn enough for going over everything with us, and making sure the my mom and I felt comfortable about our decision, being respectful, and very professional. The service manager was very unprofessional. I had honest questions and concerns of their overall process. His response to my requests were not in line for what’s best for the company nor for the customer. I was told if “ I didn’t like the way they do business, that I could go somewhere else”. Instead of working together to find a solution to my concerns, he took the easy way out by cancelling my appointment. I hope this review makes it back to the owner. I can only imagine this is not the first customer you have lost due to bad customer service.
