I recently had an issue with my property at the worst time, AC went out, during the hottest days of the year. I called for an emergency evaluation with another company who spent 3 hours at my house diagnosing the problem...they called to let me know it was a 5-6 hour repair and they would need to order the part. The cost was >$1000. For the next 3 days the house was 85 degrees while I awaited the part... I decided to call a second opinion with (Harbor Air.)!! The owner himself agreed to come out that day and take a look for me since I was in a bad spot. I honestly couldn't believe it when he called me within 30-45 minutes to say the problem was fixed. It had nothing to do with the part the other company was trying to have me fix. He charged me the honest price of repair which was 1/5th the cost the other company quoted. So many companies today who provide trade service are fine with ripping people off. I was insanely thankful to find an honest one when I was in a bind. Would not call anyone else at this point. Insanely thankful for Harbor Air and the service they provided!! Thanks Again!

This place is awesome, Kendall and his crew are the best. my A/C shot out Monday, walking in at 12:30 in the morning to walking in to a Steam room, reading at 91 degrees. So I called Kendall from Harbor Air and Kendall came out Tuesday and made run to get a few more hours out of it, and Wednesday afternoon, had me a brand new unit installed. Thanks guys for being so fast, y’all understood the situation with my Service German Shepard and that she could of died. So thanks Harbor Air, there whole team, the two guys that installed my unit, sorry I forgot y’all’s name, Kendall you know who they were. And Kendall, thank you. Jason C.

My A/C wasn't cooling this morning so called early to leave a message for Harbor Air. I got a call back (before office hours!) and the owner was at my house first thing. Excellent service and very quick to find the problem. Professional, knowledgeable, cordial and fairly priced. This is our 3rd HVAC company used for service/regular maintenance in 6 years living here - we are extremely happy with Harbor Air so no need to call anyone else!

Excellent service and value. Kendall, Mike, and Tiffany are a great team. Very responsive to my urgent need to replace two A/C-Heating systems in my home. I received a same day estimate that was very competitive and great value. The installation was done on time with Mike overseeing the work. Both Kendall and Mike came by the next day to make sure everything was good and installed a thermostat for me. If you are in the need for anything HVAC related, I highly recommend Harbor Air!!

We had a previous breakdown of our a/c in august 2022 it was awful the company we had who we bought our ac from ( had a warrenty) made us wait 3 weeks for a resolution of our problem. My husband ran into Kendall at thorntons garage at this time and he said it was awful they couldn’t of taken care of it right away and if not given us a loaner fan, that’s would harbor air would of done. So now just in March 2023 the thermostat stopped working we called harbor air. Customer service was great the problem was fixed immediately and for a reasonable price. They even followed up with us to see how everything was. They are the best we will always use them from now on. A family run business and they CARE!!!

Showed up on time and performed a thorough maintenance of our HVAC system and explained what he did. this is the third time we’ve used Harbor Air for yearly maintenance on our now 12 year old system and they have helped us avoid any HVAC problems.

Company was great to work with. Pleasant workers. Job done in 1day. I have had 2 preventative maintenance jobs completed. They even replaced the filter in the Air Handler unit. I recently had an issue with my thermostat (Google Nest Generation 1), but Kendall came out and resolved the issue (Nest Power Connect adapter). I have an older house with a 5 wire vs 6 wire for thermostat. Thermostat is working great. I hope to no longer be replacing batteries every few days.

The team is very responsive and professional. Have used them for heating and air conditioning maintenance for several years and very pleased.

Had two a/c older units in our home. One finally went out and the other unit was over 20 years old. After checking around and talking with companies I know we made the right choice. I can not say enough great things about this company. From Tiffany that answers the phone, to the crews that came out, and talking to Kendall I know we made the right choice. This is a straight up reputable company with superb customer service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that may be in doubt. This is a major investment to your home.

I had another company come out several times to work on AC which was not cooling. They kept charging me but never fixed it. I explained to Kendall when I called Harbor that the outside unit was still clanging on, fan would run a few minutes, and then shutting off . Kendall came right out and was easily able to diagnose the problem which was the other company put way too much refrigerant in and that was causing this serious problem. He stayed, draining the system slowly, until it was right and temperature was correct. This took up a lot of his time. He also checked the outside drain, which was clogged and cleared it for no charge. I was very grateful to find this company and cannot stress enough how everyone should call them first. The price was lower than I expected. And they are so professional and proud of their work that my mind was finally at ease with a air conditioner running as it should. When they left they assured me that if I had any further problems with it they would come out free of charge. When was the last time a company told you that!

We had a fantastic experience with Harbor Air! Our technician, Mike, came the day of and was very efficient, friendly and helpful. I spoke with Tiffany on the phone. After explaining to her that our AC/heating were not working, she and Kendall guaranteed that someone would come out the same day… and they delivered! So thankful for their response and high quality service! We will always recommend this company!

I meant to write this review months ago. I am a very busy person (like a lot of people) and finally made the time to share how extremely happy we were with Harbor Air! I believe in giving credit where credit is due...and this company certainly deserves it. They installed a new A/C for us last year when our old system had finally stopped working. We got 3 bids and felt that Harbor Air gave us a fair price. We were also happy with the professionalism and knowledge of Kendall, the owner. His workers were prompt and did a very good job on the installation. Before leaving, they made sure that we knew exactly how to operate the new unit and all of the many options it offered. There was a couple of times I called the company with a few questions, and they were very eager to help me. I have recommended them to several people (one of which was my neighbor) who also purchased an A/C from them. I am very happy with their quality of work and also proud to have hired a Veteran!

Kendall, Mike and the entire Harbor Air crew are just wonderful!! Efficient, thorough, very professional, respectful of your property, explaining everything they are doing, and kind!! Unlike most contractors in Florida, they care about doing a good job and treating their clients like family!

Kendall and Tiffany were very professional and responsive. Kendall will provide the best option for you according to your budget. He had my 2 ton 14 seer compressor replaced with a 15.5 seer which is more energy efficient. He also installed smart thermostat which I can control from my phone. I’m satisfied with the service and warranty they provide. I will definitely recommend Harbor Air.
